Relax and Enjoy South Padre Island and the nearby beach with the whole family at this peaceful spacious place. Come make some great memories with friends and family. My place is walking distance from beach access or come and relax by the pool and hot tub. It is also located in the center of the island, so there are beach stores for shopping and fantastic restaurants for your enjoyment close by. You will feel at home with a cozy, peaceful feeling. Come and have some fun!

Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all towels are inside condo and not left in pool area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool closes at 11:00 pm everyday. Hot tub and pool light must be turned off when not in use.
Please always try to keep doors closed. If doors are left open, AC will be turned off from cooling properly.
Surveillance cameras are outside property in common areas. Limit of 7 guests. Over 7, a fee of $50 per guest per night.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location, it was a short walk to the beach, the house was clean and very inviting. Great communication with the owner, very helpful and informative. Just the right size for our girls trip!

Everything was perfect, the host was very easy to talk with when we had questions before we checked in. The rental had everything you need to stay without having to leave to do laundry or eat. It was like a home away from home. I highly recommend this rental. My wife even met the owner and she said he was a very nice and pleasant person. A family oriented individual.

The hot tub was way too hot one day but I think it had been turned on for an extended period. When it was not turned on it was colder than the pool. I think it’s just finding the balance ahead of getting in.

SPI Aqua Dulce Getaway

My whole family really enjoyed our getaway. Aqua Dulce Condo #1 was everything we expected. The amenities and location were perfect. It was great to have a pool too. We will definitely recommend Aqua Dulce to our family and friends. Hope to be back again soon.

Start of summer vacation

The condo is as advertised. It is one of four condos on the property The interior is nicely decorated. There were just four of us so there was plenty of room for everyone. In the back is a nice little in ground pool with patio area and BBQ grills. The location is great. Easy walking distance to everything. Overall a great stay!

Clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed in a great location close to the beach and shops. Pool was small but not needed given the gulf water was still warm in December. Noise was an issue for some in our party. There is a bar close by that plays loud music until 2AM on the weekends. Upstairs floor transmits a lot of noise as well. We had two different parties rotate above us. No issues with the first one but the other sounded like they were running an exercise studio above us. That was our last night so the host didn't have an opportunity to address it.

The property was decent but the owner was always messaging me about things that were happening around the pool area. There is a camera facing the pool that the owner apparently watches religiously.

This property is great for guests that want to be close to the beach and restaurants and shopping stores. Walking distance to the most common places.

What makes this property unique

This condo is very peaceful and quite. Family orientated. It has only 4 units and 2 rent and the other 2 units do not. So there is less people in the pool area. There is a BBQ grill for my guests in the pool area. Come and relax and enjoy.
