Walk to the Beach or to the Bay

Be close to everything when you stay at this 2nd story centrally-located condo. Walk out and turn right to hit the Beach Access 7 and Coco's Beach Bar. Walk out and turn left to go to the SPI entertainment district:
Gravity Park, the Arcade, Louie's Backyard, Tequila Sunset, and Laguna Bobs. Enjoy the sunset and fabulous live bands. There is also Viva restaurant and food trucks. Jet ski, and paddle boat rentals are also available. You will be right in the heart of it all. Have fun!

Our condo has two bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry closet, a full kitchen and dining room as well as a livingroom with a sleeper sofa (full size bed). It also has a balcony with adirondack chairs and an outdoor couch.

Guests have access to the whole condo including a balcony.

Other things to note:
HOA will not allow pets but service dogs are always welcome. HOA requires no parties and the number of guests will be enforced. Also, we are located right next to the pool which is open until 11pm. So, please expect noise sometimes.

Additional requests:
Please strip sheets from the beds you used. Put them in the hall bathroom near the black hamper. Run the dishwasher to clean dirty dishes and set the AC temperature to 77. Please send me a message when you leave the condo. Thanks!!
