Host was cooperative with some issues we had, however, the description of the property was not real accurate. Was described as large, was not. The bedroom was the largest and nicest part of the condo. Living area crowded, and oddly arranged. Frankly, all the property needs is a little loving care and could be fine.

This property is listed as a 2 bedroom, not one bedroom with a king and the living room is to be the second bed room with a fold out couch that's the one thing that bugs me about this property . It has a great location to thing in town with a GREAT European-stylebakery on the property (a must go if ever your in the area) Sorry for the 2 stars but the write up is deceptive

This rental is severely neglected. Only one light bulb out of four in the master bedroom worked. There was no over head lighting. The bedding/pillows were uncomfortable. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was old. The drainage in both bathroom sinks was slow and clogged. We pulled out a plate from the cupboard and it was dirty. The plug-in on the wall in the master bedroom didn’t work and my phone never charged overnight. The entire place did not feel looked-after or clean. We were severely disappointed considering the price and the fact that it got an 8.8 rating. I would not recommend this place. The owners need to come in update completely. The room was 80 degrees when we arrived and very stale. Totally disgusted to pay that amount for what we got!

We love this location as it is convenient to everything we like to do in the area. It’s an easy drive to the train, the dairy (for lunch and amazing cheeses!), and the on-site carousel is a favorite with the kids. We have stayed in this same unit before so it was nice and familiar. The host is very easy to work with and was very helpful when I thought I had left something behind. I would definitely recommend this property.

Much cleaner than resort

The room we stayed at was much cleaner than the rooms booked directly through the resort that we had friends staying at and cost half the price.

Fantastic property and location

We had a reunion in Orem and we commuted back and forth from Midway instead of Provo. The property was a perfect fit for our family. The kitchen was adequately sized and the AC and furnace were working great. We would definitely visit again.

Perfect home away from home!

Everything was perfect! We had such a nice cozy stay with so many ammenities included at the resort! Everything was clean and kitchen appliances fully stocked, plus plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. The scenery here and the vibes of the villas were breathtaking. We spent a lot of time walking around the Zermatt grounds, in the pool, a ride at the carousel, and plenty of food and drink options right near the resort entrance. Thanks a lot again!

Lovely condo!

We had a wonderful time at Zermatt! This condo was perfect for us and we had everything we needed. The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. The price was right too which made it possible for us to stop here for a short visit on the way home from family Thanksgiving in Nevada. There are tons of great activities in the area (we did a dairy farm tour and the Polar Express train). We would love to come back in the summer and spend more time here!

Cute and Cozy

We love this Location, the zurmatt is great resort for winter adventures, great restaurants and shopping. The room was well maintained but was not very well stocked, there weren't enough towels or linens especially as the extra beds were blow up mattresses. Overall we would book with this rental again, we had fun.

Absolutely Darling Condo

We were very happy with our stay in Kristi's and Breg's condo. It met all our needs and more: beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and pillows, clean, great indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and pool. Just loved it. We appreciated getting the directions and the access code a day prior to our arrival. Just one note about the rug in the living room, one can easily trip on it. Would love to stay there again.

Wonderful!

The unit was perfect for our family of 3. Any small issues were promptly handled by Kristi, as was the large issue when we accidentally locked ourselves out (she saved us!) I woud rebook in a heartbeat.
