Private spacious 2 story house with views of Tabbs Creek. Brand new construction, close to quaint towns with shopping and restaurants. Bedrooms each have their own private bath. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Two separate living rooms gas fireplace in downstairs living room. Porches and outdoor seating all around the house. Enjoy a stroll down a newly crafted sidewalk to a dock with a built in bench. Enjoy your coffee or cocktails! handicap accessible ground floor bedroom.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We really enjoyed the stay, the property was beautiful, the owner was really wonderful, and made it really easy for us to stay and enjoy the time. I enjoyed spending time here and would return.

Summer Stay

This peaceful farmhouse is on the water ... the best of both worlds. There are several small towns within a ten minute drive, but the property is rural and quiet. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. We had the most beautiful and unexpected August weather. It was a great escape!

Amazing hosts and lovely house

Wow - we have stayed a many rental houses over the years, and I honestly can say that Mike, Beverly, and Anna were the most amazing hosts we have met. They made sure we had everything we needed, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We will definitely come back to visit again!!

Get away

It was a beautiful property…. We loved the rabbits and the deer. We would take our coffee to the dock in the morning and it was so peaceful. We just wished we had more time to stay on property… we were busy in town.

Great weekend

My husband and his family used to own a cottage in the area so we try to visit at least once a year. The house is modern and very roomy. A downstairs bedroom is perfect for those who can’t do stairs. We fished from the dock and enjoyed watching the wildlife. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. Mike and Bev were amazing hosts!

The Perfect Getaway

Property is new and full of amenities, very comfortable, plenty of space and great yard, waterfront property. Quiet and peaceful. Consummate host - friendly and affable, anxious to make our stay memorable. And he succeeded. We plan to make it a regular stop.

Mike and his wife were wonderful host. You wanted for nothing and the property is so relaxing.

This is the first VRBO I have used when the owners were on the property but I won’t be shy about it again! We now have new friends!! They were excellent hosts and entertaining but also gave us our space. We hope to return one day!

Perfect getaway

The property is amazing. Water views, close to the dock by a short walk across the lawn, plenty of yard space for games - we brought badminton but owners live next door and have basketball and corn hole. Hosts could not be more welcoming - pastries, fresh tomatoes, steamed crabs. They are very gracious and made our family reunion weekend even that much more special.

Great place to stay!

Mike was very kind and accommodating! Treated us to fresh pastries our first morning and a few tomatoes from their garden during our stay. Although we were away from the house attending family functions during most of the daytime, we had a chance to experience a couple late evenings on the dock, which was a unique experience for these Midwesterners.

So Relaxing!

Beautiful home with dock access. Everything was perfect, from the umbrella and chairs set out on the dock for us to the surprise morning donuts from a local shop. Homeowner is on site but we as very unobtrusive. Overall great place!

Amazing place with wonderful hosts!

We did a family trip here and had an amazing time. The house is great, the property is beautiful and hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Mike and Beverly live in a separate house on the property and were super helpful and hospitable while still giving us our space. The house has a dock you can fish off of and is a short ride to Fleets Bay. I've stayed in VRBO's all over the country and this was my favorite for sure. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back in the future!
