The Home
This spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bath home (max 6 guests per Bedford County regulations) was designed with comfort and connection in mind. The open-concept kitchen features a large island that naturally becomes the heart of every gathering, while the indoor and outdoor dining areas invite you to share meals surrounded by stunning lake views.

After a day on the water, unwind in the hot tub overlooking the lake, curl up with a book in one of the cozy seating areas, or enjoy a family game night in the open living space filled with natural light.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to a spacious yard with comfortable seating and a gentle slope leading to your private dock — perfect for sunbathing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, floating, fishing, or picnicking. With an average water depth of 7 feet, it's ideal for boating and water fun. Two kayaks and paddleboards are included for guest use.
As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit or relax in the hot tub while taking in the panoramic views of Smith Mountain Lake's calm waters.

Gorgeous home, amazing views

The pictures listed don’t do this beauty justice. The views are beyond measure. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The dock was a great place to hang out in the evening and play cards and relax. There was also a fire pit we were able to enjoy making s’mores with the kids in our group, and the hot tub was great after a long day on the water. We also were able to see deer in the front yard. It was a wonderful trip, beautiful home, and looking forward to coming back to the lake asap!

Long weekend at the lake

My wife and three daughters stayed for a long weekend. The house was just as described. Very comfortable for a family of five. The dock was amazing. The best outdoor space we’ve had to date. We spent a lot of time floating around the dock. The water was deep right off the dock and incredibly clear for a lake. My kids loved it. We rented a pontoon from Bridgewater marina and easily tied it up for the night. Great location on the lake, great house. We’re already planning another longer trip here for next summer. The rental agency was very responsive to any questions I had. The house was well stocked, very clean with plenty of fresh towels. There were also several goody bags with toiletries in case we forgot anything. Five stars all the way. I’ve rented well over a dozen lake/river homes in the past. This was by far the best!
