Incredible farm in Mallorca with a large land extension ideal for relaxing without any worries. The Villa del Nord Farm has a spacious garden with a 10x5m pool where you can cool off and a sunbed area under a porch for shade.



On the upper terrace you can also enjoy the tranquility and beautiful view of the fields and windmills of Sa Pobla and the impressive mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana. The lower terrace has a barbecue, ideal for cooking outdoors.



Inside the house there are three very bright rooms and two modern bathrooms. All rooms are double rooms, with parquet floors, large wardrobes and excellent views. The main bedroom has access to the terrace with a porch and has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and the third with two single beds.



The sofa and dining room are located in a large, open, spacious and modern room. Satellite TV with over 1,000 channels, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and fireplace are available.



The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and more kitchen appliances that facilitate self-sufficiency and with which you can enjoy an unrepeatable culinary experience.

The high ceiling construction of the house ensures good air circulation and a cool climate in summer inside the house. Good insulation and the modern fireplace ensure warmth and comfort in winter.



Sa Pobla is a municipality in the northern part of the island of Mallorca. The people of this region have always lived mainly from agriculture, so the location of Villa del Nord is ideal for enjoying the tranquility and authenticity of the Mallorcan countryside. The proximity to the s'Albufera nature reserve also makes it an excellent destination for cyclists and hikers.



The neighboring towns (Sa Pobla, Muro, Playa Muro, Can Picafort, Alcúdia and Pollença) also deserve a visit and offer a variety of leisure and cultural activities.

Great property, well equipped and spotless!

Lots of really well thought out essentials. Lovely fruit bowl on arrival which added a nice touch. the property is located in a quiet area which was incredibly peaceful and beautiful surroundings. only 7 min from your local supermarket and 15 minutes from the beach and restaurants. We had a lovely time!

Amazing villa!

Exactly as described with lots of amenities available making stay extremely comfortable. Location is beautiful, but secluded. This is what we wanted but bare in mind you would need a car. Sa pobla town is short drive and alcudia is about 15mins drive. I had seen one negative review about cleanliness which was worrying me, but neednt have as place was spotless. Really lovely stay and hope to be back.

Loved our stay at Villa del Nord

Ideal property for a family break if you are looking for some peace and quiet. Nearest beach is a short drive, as are several supermarkets. We spent every evening outside by the pool and bbq. Also pretty much guaranteed a good night’s sleep as it is lovely and quiet. Highly recommend. So quiet and peaceful away from busy roads. The house was very clean, well equipped and spacious. Exactly what we were looking for. Thanks.

The pool and the terrace. Fully air-conditioned. Comfort and space. Free home-grown fruit provided. Shower-head and sink in ensuite (sink did not flow away). Main shower did not flow away quickly. An extra chopping board would have been useful!

Gepflegter Garten und Pool, Haus war gemütlich und großzügig von den Räumlichkeiten. Toller Obstkorb zur Begrüßung Information über Müllentsorgung aktualisieren, da es in Sa Pobla keine entsorgungskontainer oder ähnliches gibt. Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig und Bestecke und Töpfe könnten erneuert werden.

unvergesslicher traumhafter Urlaub

Unfassbar schöne Villa zwar abseits gelegen, für uns aber vollkommen perfekt 🤩. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein voll gefüllter Obstkorb, eine saubere Finca und ein toller Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder Von hier aus sind schöne Ausflüge möglich, besonders hervorgehoben werden muss, ist der Markt von Sa Pobla mit so gut wie keinen Touristen und voller Einheimischer ️. In Sa Pobla gibt es tolle Restaurants mit genialen Speisen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Finca!

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight – er war immer sauber, angenehm warm und hat uns täglich zum Schwimmen eingeladen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und idyllisch, ideal zum Abschalten und Erholen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diese Finca jedem empfehlen, der eine Auszeit in einer traumhaften Umgebung sucht!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem was Kinder brauchen. Spielplatz, Pool und Spielsachen in Hülle und Fülle. Das Handwaschbecken im kleinem Bad frei machen, ist verstopft.

Grandiose Finca in herrlich ländlicher Lage. Sehr gepflegt, perfekt funktionierende Klimaanlage. Der Pool ist der Wahnsinn. Kaffeemaschine und Mixer laufen aus. Beim Mixer haben wir einen Stromschlag bekommen.

Freundliche Gastgeber bzw. Inhaber, super pool, Klima in allen Räumen, fanden es mega, dass der Pool häufiger morgens schon gereinigt war, Bad/Duschen funktionieren sehr gut. Lage sehr ruhig, keine Nachbarn, Ausstattung alles da Anleitung per Mail wie Alarmanlage zu bedienen ist. Kinderhaus mit herausstehenden Nägeln, Kinder können nur mit Schuhen rein, Wohnzimmermöbel, Sofa etwas durchgesessen

Sehr netter Gastgeber alles wunderbar. der Pool ist herrlich groß , man kann gut zum Einkaufen fahren und die Zufahrtswege wurden gerade als wir gingen neu aufgeschüttet. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Tolle Finca! Sehr gepflegt, sauber und alles da was man braucht. Der Pool wurde 1x in der Woche früh Morgens gereinigt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und schnell. Da wir früh gelandet sind durften wir unsere Koffer schon auf der Finca abstellen und dann sogar 2 Stunden früher rein.

War eine super schöne Ländliche Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung. Wir haben es genossen im großen Garten Tischtennis zu spielen und im Pool zu Baden.
