Lake Nantahala Lakefront Treehouse with private dock and hot tub.

Lakefront home with large porch and large private dock. Very private with1.6 acre wooded lot. Expansive mountain and lake views from the porch and most rooms of the house. Hot tub on the porch with views of the lake. Canoe and two kayaks on the dock. The cabin has central heat but does not have central air. All rooms have AC provided by window or floor units.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Checkout is at 10 am to give Beverly time to clean for the next guest. Can you strip the sheets and pillowcases that you used and start a load of laundry before you leave?
Please start the dishwasher before you leave if necessary. You can leave the trash/recycling in the basement or laundry room. Would you mind cleaning the grill smoker if you used it?
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Family vacations only. No bachelor parties or spring break type bookings allowed without adult supervision. Must be 25 years of age to book.
Children under 13 may be approved by the Owner. Children under 13 are not allowed on the upper porch without adult supervision due to the height.
