This stylish, newly renovated home is located on the waterfront canal with private boat launch, and is perfect for deck fishing. It is perfect for family trips.

Local beaches near 14 mil.

Local attractions include: Warm Mineral Springs Park, Boca Grande Pass and many more beautiful beaches, 5 star Riverwood Golf Club, and shopping centers.

The Space
Entire interior is newly renovated, with new modern furniture in tasteful decor with four bedrooms.

The master bedroom includes large smart Samsung TV, king bed, extra large walk-in shower with dual heads hasn’t her vanities with a freestanding bathtub two closets and iron board.

Three other bedrooms are on the other side of the house Which share a full bathroom each room has a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed And a convertible futon bed.
Bedroom 3 Has 2 queen beds
Bedroom 4 Has two queen beds

Laundry room with the new Samsung washer dryer.

Third bathroom is shared with laundry room vanity and shower.

Each bed comes with very comfortable bedding, and white linen, which makes your sleeping experience very calm and enjoyable.

There’s also a XXL Play room, with two large comfortable couches foosball table, mini boardgames, a large Samsung smart TV, and it office computer desk. (Printer available upon request)

Our large gorgeous kitchen is stocked with Keurig coffee machine, air fryer, toaster, waffle maker, blender, tea kettle, water dispenser, pots & pans with basic utensils. Large seating island is for six to enjoy breakfast or lunch and then amazing dining area with huge table seating for 10 guests for fancy delicious dinners.

The living room has a large Samsung smart TV, extra large couch and a coffee table .

Each bathroom I stocked with hairdryer shampoo conditioner soap towels and cleaning supplies.

4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, large Bluetooth speaker, beach umbrella and cooler provided for beach trips.

The backyard has a gas/grill barbecue, for reclining lounges, boat ramp to launch your Kayaks or boats. Large deck for sunset or fishing.

Call/Spa is currently unavailable for use. Internet Wi-Fi is NOT fast. (Soon Comcast will be provided… stay tuned)

So spacious for a large group - plenty of sleeping options - loved the large sectionals in both the living room and game room! The house has anything you would typically need if you were living there! Nice fresh clean living space!

Beautiful house

This house is gorgeous! PLENTY of room for 8 of us. The huge living room was awesome, and I don’t know that I’ve ever stayed at a place with such a well stocked kitchen. There was even a potato peeler! The host (Mila) was super great to communicate with if the need arose. Nice, quiet location and the house is on a huge lot.

Quite Location

A variety of family and friends stayed with me in this home over a 6 week period. The home is large providing plenty of space to spread out. In past years we stayed closer to the city of Venice which is great fun but very crowded. This location is about 10 minutes away from stores but offers a very quiet and private setting. Plenty of space around the home to safely ride a bicycle. Fun places to eat nearby include The Twisted Fork, Tiki Bar at CoolToday Ballpark and of course Snook Haven.
