The host did not answer any messages. So we contacted Vrbo and they’re only solution was to cancel our stay when we were all ready in north Myrtle Beach

Cleanliness

Nice location. Condo was dirty. Stained couch and carpets. Mold on doors of refrigerator, coffee pot old and was full of mold. Tv did not work in bedroom. Big palmetto bugs in kitchen. Very outdated. Chairs on balcony broken. Building was quiet. Pool was nice

This is the second year we’ve stayed here. Right across the street from the beach. We love that this part of the beach isn’t too crowded. The u it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but it’s not too bad. Parking is easy, pool is warm, beach is great! Kitchen faucet was broken but owner is working on getting g it fixed. Overall, it’s a great place to stay that’s budget friendly! Definitely recommend!!!

Could be a perfect gem

This condo is in a dated building so it’s acceptable to see the effects of its age on the inside. But a little TLC with cosmetic It was clean. Location was awesome.

Not clean

We were disappointed when it was not cleaned well and my wife had to clean off greasy smudges and food on table top, pair of underwear found in bed (under cover) and red mold all over shower curtain. Location was nice and close to beach.

Great time had by all!!!

Nice property. We would definitely stay here again. Right across the street from the beach with a public access walkway. Pool was nice. There is a slight obstructed view of the ocean. Location is basically as far North Myrtle Beach as you can get. This was great meaning that part of the beach wasn’t over crowded. Listing stated fold out queen sofa bed but property manager said it was updated earlier this year so no longer a fold out couch. Listing may be updated now. Great communication from property manager. Definitely recommend!!!

This was a great place to stay. A short walk to the beach across the street. Great communication with host. Over all a great place to stay will stay again .

Could be a nice place/30 steps to get in.

Had to get VRBO, to get owner to respond to me for check info. Was suppossed to around June 15th, her words. 4 days before we were to leave, owner said bathrm ceiling was leaking. She stated she would refund our money. I was ok with leak, as long as there was no mold. 30 steps to rental, find out stove didn't work. Then a bad odor coming from the Bi-fold door that she had a pad lock on. She told me to grab maintance guy, and check it out. I caught up with him on July 10th. The bifold door was not attached to wall, you could still slide it open. She Accused us of breaking her door down. I'm glad the maintance guy was there to see, we did not do that. Smell was aweful. Moldy clothes were left in washer, inches thick in mold. I cleaned all 3 Moldy, Filthy Air Conditioner filters. Everytime we had a issue, she told us to leave. Demanded Actually. She would Pro-rate our refund, that days at least 5 days to return. If a 10 yr old daughter, and would have no place to go and no money for it, ON july 4th weekend. She Did not offer to put us up somewhere else at all. Apparently, she found out she would have to, when she called VRBO. It could be a nice rental, if owner would go there once in awhile, and make sure things were fixed, and clean. When we left, roof still leaked, and she now has a massive waterfall coming of the corner of her roof, over looking porch, which occurred after roofers left when it rains heavy. I have pictures, but They did not give me the option to post.

Cute condo next to the beach

I loved this place! The two bedrooms were so cute. The biggest draw for me was the walking distance to the beach. It was literally like walking half of a football field to dip my toes into the sand. The condo itself is pretty and decorated well, and Erica was a joy to talk to when I had questions.

Overall nice place, a little dated but nice. Very clean. Had a roof leak that they were working on being fixed. Also, make sure u bring paper products as well as towels/ sheets.

Nice condo in NMB with ocean water views

Owner was great to deal with and very friendly. Views of ocean water from balcony and front bedroom and living/dining room windows. Short walk to beach and convenient to everything in North Myrtle Beach. The condo shows some wear and tear from use, especially furniture, but all are functional. Beds slept ok. Really a 1.5 bath, but well worth the price for the location. The three flights of stairs can be a challenge especially for older folks.

Nice place

It was a good vacation . The only complaint was that the dryer does not dry no matter how many times you run it. Other than that all was well . Great location !

Our new family getaway

Erica was extremely responsive from day one. The booking process was super easy, she answered any and all questions in a timely manner and was so kind. The condo was extremely clean, had all of the necessary cooking items and the location was absolutely beautiful. My family and I were here for a dance competition and have never been huge Myrtle Beach fans, but after finding this sweet little condo, we plan to make it a yearly trip. Thanks Erica!
