This adorable 1st floor condo has an open floor plan with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining areas. Your kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook your meal, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and even small electric appliances.

Sit back and relax watching either the television in the living room or the bedroom, you will find both Spectrum cable TV and WiFi available. Your will have a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room. Your condo also comes complete with bedding linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. A full size washer and dryer are located in the condo for your use. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private patio.

Take a dip in the Beach Club swimming pool (heated throughout the winter), or just sit back in the hot tub. You also have 24 hour access to the fitness center and sauna.

Just a short 5 minute stroll will allow you to enjoy the beach and sand at Whitecap Beach for swimming, shell collecting, or fishing or take the car and drive down the beach for miles. Come to the coast and join us for a short vacation or plan to stay a while.

Note: There are security cameras and recording devices in the pool, gym, and parking lot areas. There is also a ring doorbell by the front door.

Loved the rental, only thing for us is we like to spend time relaxing outside but the sun in the afternoon on the balcony was unbearable. Once the sun went behind the other building it was nice. The inside was beautiful. I would recommend a stay there.

Weekend getaway

This property was perfect as far as location. Close to the beach and to many fishing locations. Very clean, pet friendly, and easy check-in process. We definitely will be renting this property again in the future.

Sisters' trip

This property was well kept with nice decor and finishings. It was very comfortable and just a short walk to the beach.. Suzanne the host kept me up to date on info pertaining to the condo unit. We would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at The Beach Club at Whitecap Beach! Suzanne was a wonderful host and truly had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was absolutely perfect, and being so close to the beach was easily one of our favorite things about the property. It made it incredibly convenient to come and go from the beach whenever we wanted.There were just a couple of things worth mentioning. During our stay, there was a full-blown children’s birthday party taking place at the community pool, and it appeared that perhaps only one of the individuals attending actually lived or was staying at the complex. Honestly, the party itself probably wouldn’t have been a big deal, or even particularly noticeable, if it weren’t for several of the kids running around the pool area and repeatedly diving and jumping into the pool on top of or very close to other guests- (clearly lack of parental supervision issues). This made the pool a little less relaxing than we had hoped, although this was obviously outside of Suzanne’s control, as she made the effort to contact property management to no avail.Our only other suggestion would be to consider upgrading the bed, as we found it to be a little lacking in comfort and think a newer mattress would make the stay even better.Those things aside, we really enjoyed our stay. Suzanne provided a well-equipped condo, the location was FANTASTIC, and you really can’t beat being that close to the beach! Thank you

Cute condo

This unit was perfect for us! We were there with a group of friends who stayed in other units. Everything was perfect in our unit and the extra amenities made it even better. Being able to use the wagon, beach chairs and beach towels was perfect for our short walk to beach. We enjoyed the long weekend and our accommodations! Thanks!

Nice getaway

This place is great! It is very relaxing and very close to the beach! The only thing that was negative was that the email stated check in was 3 but when we got to the location the door code wouldn't work. But it was fixed when I called the owner. Overall it was great and I would recommend it to anyone!

We loved the location of the condo. Pool was warmer this year than in the past. Condo had beach towels. One complaint is that the benches at the pool were very uncomfortable. They need cushions for sure.

We were happy that we chose to stay in Corpus rather than Port A this year, and this condo was in a great location for several beach access points. The first-floor condo entry, with a parking space right in front of the entry door, made coming and going super easy. We enjoyed making use of the pool and weight room - both were well-kept. Just a heads up on the condo car and foot washing station - it is no longer functional, which means that sandy feet have to be washed in the tub. All in all, it was a relaxing time at the beach, and we look forward to coming again!

The property was small but it met minimum requirements. The double door to the patio leaked during a storm and gallons of water poured into the living room. I had to spend and hour cleaning up the mess.

We love staying in this area. So convenient to everything we enjoy. We found having a washer and dryer was a great idea. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.
