Ocean Paradise 3br/3bth on the Sugar Sands of the Gulf w/2 Bch Chairs + Umbrella

Welcome to Ocean Paradise, our beautiful 10th floor, 3 bedroom / 3 bath oceanfront condominium in Beach Colony Resort West on Navarre Beach, Fla. With 9 foot ceilings and 1680 square feet of indoor living comes a huge balcony for great outdoor living too. The ocean views are amazing and are backed by the gentle slap of the ocean waves.
The Master bedroom has a King bed and and an en-suite bath with double vanities, a walk-in shower and is surrounded by windows giving you full ocean views while you soak in the jetted tub .
The second bedroom also has a King bed with its own en-suite bath. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen plus a Bunk Set, and connects directly to the hallway bathroom which contains a walk-in shower.
The best views are from the huge oversized oceanfront balcony where you will have enough room to share a evening cocktail, serve dinner, or drink your morning coffee without trying to shuffle around each other.
All bedrooms and the Living Room have TVs and internet for indoor entertainment. The Living Room also has plenty of seating and its own Drink Center, with a bar and refrigerator to give you extra space to prepare that margarita to help you soak in the ocean views from the balcony. There is a full sized dining room table that can easily seat 8. The kitchen has lots of room for a family on vacation and we have a full sized washer/dryer set in our large laundry room.
The Beach Colony Resort is a gated community for your safety and offers an Olympic sized swimming pool, a fitness center with exercise machines, a grill/picnic area and a lower floor store room for guests to leave their bike, pool toys etc. so the condo won't be cluttered.
We have provided a complimentary set of 2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella that are set up for you at the shore line (March-Oct) just waiting for you to bask in the sun, sit in the shade, or just read while enjoying the soft sounds of the surf just feet away.
You are a few minutes walk from the Navarre Fishing Pier, where you can decide to fish, watch others fish, or just enjoy the sugar sand walk and play volley ball or listen to the live music at the bar and grill on weekends.

It was everything that was advertised and more!!! I do stay in some high end beach properties in Gulf Shores and Destin… This whole experience topped those high end condo… hands down! The 3 baths is a huge plus, the FABULOUS Balcony overlooking the pool and easy beach access, made the experience complete!!! The complex was also very nice! Close to restaurants and Publix! We definitely will be booking this very condo again!!!

Serene and beautiful beach stay!

Condo is well maintained and well equipped for family meals. Pool area is very nice. Beach has lifeguards. Gorgeous view of ocean from condo and you can look east towards the sound from the patio. Owner is helpful and great to work with. We plan to come back!

We had an amazing time. Condo was perfect for all of us. We cooked in almost every evening and had everything we needed. The two chairs and umbrella were an added bonus and having 4 extra chairs in the unit made for less packing. We would definitely stay here again. The owner is very responsive.

Beautiful condo. Location was perfect for our family. Very quiet area and the beach was never crowded. We could not have asked for better weather. Had my coffee on the patio every morning and watched the kayakers paddling out to fish. My grandsons loved the closeness of the fishing pier and fished there numerous times. The condo had everything we needed and is very roomy. Beds were very comfortable and having a washer and dryer was great with three grandsons. Highly recommend and the owners suggestions on restaurants was on point.

Family Beach Trip

Our stay here was great. This was our first time in Navarre, and the views of the ocean did not disappoint from the balcony. The condo was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when we visit Navarre.
