Este espacioso apartamento de tres dormitorios y tres baños se encuentra en el piso 17 de la torre oeste. La unidad tiene un balcón muy grande que se asoma directamente sobre el Golfo de México y la costa hacia el oeste. El dormitorio principal con un baño de cama king size y maestro tiene vistas del golfo, mientras que los 2 dormitorios de invitados miran hacia el Intracoastal. La habitaciones son muy grandes y ambos cuentan con 2 camas tamaño queen.

Condo was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked which was great since we ate in most nights. The beach was also very nice and not ever crowded. I do wish the condo had been further toward the front of the building so that views were unobstructed but you could still see part of the beach and ocean. The location is great as well, traffic isn’t bad and you are close to some good eating and ice cream spots. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

The unit was awesome, cleaning could have been a little better, the cushions on the patio need updated and the shower heads need updated, over all it was nice, relaxing, and had a good time.

Great spot!

This was the perfect location for our family! Super clean, the amenities were great, location on the beach was amazing. Couldn’t ask for anything more! We will be back!

very spacious

My family of 7 had a great stay here. Condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. I would suggest cleaning out chipped cups/plates for safety reasons. Overall I recommend and would stay here again

The location was great ! The condo was very nice just 1 Complaint the flours looked clean but u couldn’t walk barefoot in it your feet were totally black from walking to your bedroom to the living room but otherwise everything else great !!

Fall Beach Break 2022

Condo was just as described, great place to relax and unwind. Everything we needed to cook if we wanted to stay in. Decor was neat and clean. Easy access to beach and parking. Owner was easy to communicate with and we had no issues while there for our week. Would recommend 17 F to anyone who needs a 3 bedroom in Navarre.

Great place for Spring Break

We brought our children to Navarre (it’s our usual beach spot - my family owns a condo in another condo on the beach but it was already booked for the week). First time at this property and we were pleased. Great panoramic views. My only complaint is the shower head in the master bath being weak and the washing machine makes a clicking noise when it agitates. Otherwise we had no issues and had a wonderful time again in Navarre! Be sure to check out Bella Luna for Italian food and go to the Gulf Breeze Zoo!

Winter Retreat

Navarre ‘22

The property was large enough for us, and I realize that it’s nearing the end of the “busy” season, but the property definitely needs a good, deep-cleaning. The property manager and neighbors were nice, which seems to be the norm for the area. We enjoy going to Navarre, have for several years, and will continue to do so. Thank you.

Great location, but NEW bed required.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, loved the amenities included like the small gym, pool and grill area. There was not a traditional coffee pot, but we reached out to management and they had one delivered to our room the same day. Management was very on top of their communication. This condo is advertised for 8 people, but the living room did not have enough seating for 8, really wish they would've had 2 additional chairs to accommodate a big family. Bathrooms really need repaired. The floor mat in the master bath needs replacing, the plumbing needs to be tightened in bath or it leaks consistently, the sliding glass door in bath 2 needs to be repaired as it's not able to stay on the tracks. There was a kitchen chair that was broken that we couldn't sit in as well as curtain rods on their last leg. The master bed is soooooo noisy. I believe it's the box spring that is the culprit. We woke up every time we moved, which caused us to not sleep very well on this vacation. All in all our vacation was great, and we made awesome memories which was the goal, but really wish I would've gotten better sleep.

Friends Vacation Trip

We have never been to Navarre Beach and it was wonderful! Loved the small town feel (not commercial). The white Sandy beach and emerald coast CLEAR water was fabulous!! The shades of blue from beach to horizon looked like ombré and was so beautiful!! We also loved the La Dolce Vita beach service. Our daily young guy was wonderful, friendly and such a gentleman!! Plenty of great places to eat between Navarre and Pensacola Beach and all but one was spectacular!! Sarah, our HOST, was precious and so accommodating with everything! The only few issues was the internet/WiFi, tile floors could have been mopped better (our feet were dirty after a few hours walking barefoot in the condo), and it would be helpful to have a rack or something in the showers to hold your soap, shampoo, etc. It could have used some handrails in the bathtubs/showers for “older” guests!! The condo was well stocked with everything else, including an extra portable beach chair. We will DEFINITELY be back to Beach Colony West #17-F!! THANK YOU for a wonderful experience!

Wrong unit

We reserved our selected unit, one we have rented in the past, nearly 8 months in advance. We received confirmation of reservation and first payment on the unit reserved. We received confirmation of final payment on the reserved unit. We also received a message reminding us of our upcoming stay in the reserved unit. Two days before checkin I received a text letting me know that our reservation was NOT for the unit that we had been paying for and received confirmation of. Apparently the management company reserved us the wrong unit. Hard to believe since we have multiple confirmation reflecting the original unit. The new unit was nice but NOT the unit we had wanted or reserved.

It was ok

Overall, it was ok. To be honest, we decided late in the game to visit Navarre for Spring Break, so we had limited options to choose from, so that’s on us. The very first time we came to the area, maybe 11 yrs ago, we stayed in Beach Colony West, so we were familiar with it, and decided on one of two units available that fit our family. The positives: Booking with Miss Linda was a highlight….she was precious, helpful, and friendly! Pretty good location and beach, and good view of the ocean and bay. The area is pretty quiet, and not terribly crowded, exactly what we wanted! The negatives: The unit really needs to be updated, and could be stunning with a fresh coat of paint and new plumbing fixtures. The cleanliness of this unit is what we had the biggest issue with. No, I didn’t call to complain about it, as we didn’t want anyone coming in while we were there. But there’s layers of dust under the couch and beds, dust bunnies in the corners and around all the legs of the furniture, and something dripped down a kitchen cabinet. You walk barefoot around the apartment, and the bottoms of your feet are black. It’s just in need of a good deep clean. Two days in a row, water leaked from the refrigerator door, and I ended up skiing across the kitchen floor, somewhat ungracefully, but I stuck the landing! All in all, would we stay at Beach Colony again? Yes, but most likely not in this particular unit…..unless it gets a refresh, and deep clean.
