Get one of the best views of the ocean from your own private, top (third) floor deck that measures 12x20. You will not find many condo decks this large in the Grand Strand. Comfortably have 8 people out here relaxing enjoying the million dollar view!

*DIRECT OCEANFRONT* 3 bed/2 bath unit in Windcrest Villas on Windy Hill Beach in NORTH Myrtle Beach. Minutes from Barefoot landing, Cherry Grove Pier, numerous golf courses, and various other Grand Strand attractions.

Windcrest only has 18 units, so you can enjoy relative peace and quiet compared to some of the busier resorts and areas of the beach.

FEATURES:
Large master bedroom features a king bed and in-suite bathroom with ocean view and direct walkout to balcony. Master bath recently fully upgraded with tile shower and granite sink.

The second and third bedrooms feature two double beds, each. Second full bath

Flat screen smart TVs throughout the unit. Spectrum digital cable and secure 500MBPS wifi internet. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Get to the beach quicker and easier with the ocean-side stairwell with direct access to the beach/pool and large ground floor storage closet (perfect for storing your chairs, umbrellas, floats, boogie boards, etc.).

Note, this building DOES NOT have an elevator or handicapped access.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Guests are not permitted to have pets. 2. No draping of towels, linens etc off the balconies 3. No loud noise between 11:00PM-8:00AM.
4. Motorcycles, campers, boats, and trailers are not permitted 5. Adult guests are physically and financially responsible for their children

Gorgeous Views

I think our favorite part was the large porch with amazing views of the ocean. The storage on the ground floor for each unit was so convenient for going back amd forth without bringing beach belongings upstairs.

Family Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful. This area of the beach is peaceful and not crowded. We liked that it was a smaller building. Parking was easy. The condo was clean, spacious, and gave us everything we needed for a comfortable, pleasant stay. It is a 3rd floor walk up (no elevator), but we were aware of that and had no trouble with it. The large balcony with oceanfront view is nothing short of amazing! There is a closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys downstairs, and you can leave your own beach things there and not have to take them up which is so convenient. There is a store right across the road which was nice for snacks. Communication with property management/host was great. Very nice stay.
