Admire the extraordinary views across Kerrville Lake or head down the stairs to your private dock to fish or float its' crystal waters. As the sun goes down, enjoy a game of shuffleboard, while you fire up the grill or prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this newly renovated river house offers a unique and relaxing escape, with all the comforts of home.

Looking to explore the town? Spend the day visiting the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Kerrville (4 miles). Experience a bridge between the past and present with a visit to The Museum of Western Art (2.5 miles). Kerrville-Schreiner Park is the largest park in Kerrville. Visit their butterfly garden, sand volleyball & basketball courts, playground and 10+ miles of hike and bike trails (1 mile).

House is located approximately 30 minutes from several nearby summer camps in and around Hunt, Texas.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay, I brought my daughters here for a little rest and relaxation time and this property checked all the boxes for us. Very clean, it has plenty of space and you can walk right down to the water. We would definitely stay again!!

Awesome Kerrville Getaway

Great home right on Kerrville Lake with direct access to the water. House was roomy and spacious and has everything to keep the whole family entertained.

Great Location

Had a great stay here. Loved the location and tranquility of Kerrville Lake. House was clean with a well-appointed kitchen and some great toys for the water. Host was very responsive. We look forward to returning in the future.

Guadalupe River House

House was very clean and well kept. Very roomy and excellent appliances, comfortable beds, great linens and towels. Very well supplied with anything you needed, one of the best places we have rented, the yard is nice the views are beautiful and you are right on the water.

Christmas on the river

Our stay was for a family gathering during the Christmas holiday. The house was excellent, and the property, with its great location on the river not far from town, was beautiful. It all worked perfectly for what we needed, and a good time was had by all.

Wonderful stay, beautiful home and great location!

We were instantly impressed with the view of the home, the openness, the amenities and goodies provided by the owner and the comfortability of the home. The owner and PM were so helpful and so considerate. My kids and husband enjoyed the surprise for a weekend getaway. We will definitely come back!!

Lake view retreat

House was comfortable and perfect for our family to enjoy some chill time together. The huge TV in living room was great for the post Thanksgiving football games and large kitchen, grill and view of the river made the stay nice despite the rainy cold weather. There were plenty of water toys provided for when the weather is nice.

Relaxing Weekend Away

We had a wonderful time at this cozy property. The interior as been completely renovated with very thoughtful touches. The house has EVERYTHING you meed for a day jn or out - kitchen gadgets, puzzles and games, or river tubes and paddleboards. The amazing view is a spectacular way to start and end your day. Cant wait to return.

Great 4th of July Getaway

The location of the property is amazing! We stayed over 4th of July weekend and we were able to sit out by the river and watch fireworks all around. The boys loved fishing every morning and evening, and the deck by the pier made it nice for the others to watch. It was a quick drive in to town too! The house had plenty of toys to keep kids entertained, and nice sitting areas and large tv for the adults. It was a great weekend and the host was very easy to reach out to.

Fantastic Hill Country River Property!

There is not better place to cleanse and revive the spirit than a Texas Hill Country river. This property, which sits along a dammed portion of the Guadalupe near Kerrville is one of the most stunning, quaint, peaceful spots we've found. We were in town for the Kerrville Triathlon, and our party included 2 couples - my wife and I and some friends. This house was perfect. A classic home with beautiful updates that make it both nostalgic yet comfortable and modern. But the views cannot be beat, and the online photos cannot do them justice. This part of the river is wide, deep, and slow, the Bald Cyprus trees line the high banks, as well as the original river banks 50 plus yards out into the water, giving it the feel of Caddo Lake or a Louisiana bayou. Waterfowl, other birds, fish, turtles, more wildlife than I care to list. Stunning place - and they have 2 paddleboards in case you forget yours! Loved it, and will return!

Amazing riverfront views and swimming!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful river home and could not recommend it more. The location is on a spectacular part of the river, with all the swimming and outdoor equipment you could want is there for you. And the views of the river from the house are breathtaking over morning coffee. The layout of the house is great -- large bedrooms, multiple living spaces to spread out, and a HUGE smart TV in the den. All of the linens are brand new and high quality. Renovated kitchen with lots of pantry storage for river snacks. Super stylish decor and comfy furniture. Overall, super relaxing and beautiful space. We will definitely be back!! Could not recommend more! 5 stars across the board!
