The wooden walls and ceilings give the living room a warm, alpine atmosphere. Relax on the sofa in the open-plan living room and round off the day by the fireplace. The large dining table offers space for convivial meals, while the separate kitchen with plenty of storage space offers everything you need to prepare regional specialities.

In winter, the Monte Avena and Nevegal ski resorts beckon, while in summer the Santa Croce lake is perfect for surfing and kitesurfing. Home needs serious maintenance

The home is situated in a beautiful environment withstunningl views on the Dolomite mountains. The holiday home itself needs serious maintenance. It is very damp en has a mouldy smell all over. The mattresses are old and damp. The bed linen and towels are old. The outside garden furniture was either broken or rusty. The sofa was very uncomfortable and worn out. Lamps were poor , no lamps on bedside tables in bedroom. In the living room one electrical sockets comes out of the wall which is unsafe. Thebathroom was ok but for elderly guest the shower is dangerous to stand in. The kitchen was very simple but the extractor hood was not working and not connected to outside. The kitchen utensils were poor. We left the holiday home earlier.

environnement agréable mais de notre arrivée le samedi au lundi après midi une chaudière qui ne fonctionner pas donc pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours super pour la toilette ensuite du lundi au mercredi le fait qui ai eu énormément de pluie nous nous sommes retrouver avec 5 cm d'eau dans la cuisine et l’entrée pendant 3 jours ce qui explique une forte odeur de moisie et de renfermer quand on rentre dans la maison la baignoire n’espérez pas vous faire un bain elle dois faire 1 mètre de long avec un rideau de douche pas pratique du tout, avec tout c'est désagrément je pense que les propriétaires aurai pus faire un geste car ça ne vaut pas le tarif payer !
