Lakefront House w/ Pool & Private Beach

We had 5 days of horrific rain. We came by 2-3 times outside of 2x/week pool service given so much rain. the pool had to be drained twice b/c we had over 12 inches of rain. I personally was there the day of checkin and the pool was a tad green from rain so shocked it (normal from rain). The yard was mowed (in the rain) day prior but a few limbs by the gate (shown) we didn't get too b/c rain was so bad. They've been taken care of. We did everything we could do given the storms but was unfortunate of the weather. This obvious affected the stay but can't control weather but we tried our best.

This is really odd considering the word "filthy" was never used in your communication. We have 90+ cleaning photos and never had an issue. We left 13 rolls of toilet paper (in pictures we sent) for 2 nights. Which would have been plenty if the guest count was accurate. Guest didn't communicate majority of these issues during stay or they would have been addressed. Not one mention of downstairs kids room not cooling as we have 3 AC Units. We leave dishwasher tablets, trash bags and soap in dispenser maybe you aren't used to pods vs. liquid. This would have all been super easy to fix if you would have communicated any of this during stay or called us. In addition to a cleaning closet. You said not to worry as you had day guests coming over bringing stuff, which could make sense as to why you ran out of items if guest count was exceeded.
