Our guests will enjoy access to the entire home. The home is vinyl plank throughout, and single level except for one 4` step down into the family room. This step down is located to your immediate left when you enter the front door of the home, so please be mindful when you enter.
We’ve included carefully considered amenities throughout the property, including toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer in the home with detergent and dryer sheets provided, and the whole property enjoys fast Wi-Fi.
Guests can self-check-in with the keypad.
Guests are welcome to park in the driveway, on the street, or on the dirt to the right of the driveway. Trailer, RV, Boat parking is acceptable in these areas as well. Please do not park on the gravel to the left of the driveway.
We are available via phone, text, or booking platform messaging. Guest communication is always available 8am-9pm PST, but may not be available overnight. Text and booking platform is preferred and likely to give quicker response.
☆☆ RENTAL TERMS ☆☆
Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, which is sent in advance via email. A $150.00 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.
For stays of 30 nights or more: Guests are required to carry renter’s insurance and list the property owner as an Additional Interest. Proof of active coverage must be provided prior to check in, in order to receive access to the home. Failure to provide coverage may result in cancellation of stay without refund.

☆☆ PET POLICY ☆☆
Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets ($100 per stay). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.

The house is spacious and comfortable. The backyard is large with comfortable seating and has a nice BBQ. The game room is a nice added touch. The home is pet friendly. The amenities such as coffee, snacks, water and even doggie treats were very much appreciated.

Great house in a very nice neighborhood. It was two of us, but looks like it could sleep a pretty large group.
Had a somewhat view of the Laughlin Casinos and at night the lights down river were very nice.
Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.
Will definitely book the property again.

This home is perfect for families, especially if you want to be close to Lake Mohave. We brought the family for a boating vacation and we were at the boat launch in less than 10 minutes. The house is very roomy with an open living/kitchen area. Lots of seating on the big couch. We had everything we needed. The game room was a big hit with the grandsons. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Seriously, the whole family slept great! The kiddos didn’t want to leave but I told them we would be back! One important note, the hosts are super responsive, I can’t stress that enough. It helped make our trip easy!

This home is in a good location but needs some serious TLC. It is very tired looking inside and out. Lacks many kitchen utensils, paper towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, wine cork, etc etc. It is not the cleanest in comparison to all others I’ve stayed at. The interior rugs need to go and the front and backyard need repair and work.The property management is very responsive which made our stay better but they need to invest some money into this place to keep renting it.We had a great time here but will not come back here unless they address these issues.
