Guest access
You will have access to the whole 3 acre lot with 2 properties on site PLUS a private pier looking out to where Lake Livingston meets Trinity River.

Great place to stay with a large family being able to use 2 homes on 3 acres and all the amenities there. Kayaks, fire pit, playground. We used it all!

Family Reunion

This property had lots to do and a boat dock.my niece and her husband brought their pontoon. We used their kayaks, had nice chats around the fire pits. Everyone had enough space and enjoyed themselves thoroughly. The one house had a wheelchair ramp and was easily accessible for our wheelchair bound family member. It was also easy to serve up meals.
