Safety & Property Guidelines

Security & Surveillance
To help ensure a safe and comfortable stay, security cameras are placed in select outdoor areas of the property. These cameras do not record audio and are never located in private spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, or near the hot tub. Footage is only reviewed if needed for safety or incident resolution. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Parking Info
The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles. To protect the property, please avoid parking on grass, gravel, or dirt. If you're traveling with more than four cars, we recommend carpooling or using nearby parking options. The garage is reserved for storage.

Families with Children
We want everyone to enjoy their stay safely. Children should be supervised in and around the hot tub due to high temperatures, and near the lake at all times. Life jackets are provided for guests under 18 using the lake or watercraft. Please remember that use of amenities is at your own risk.

House Rules & Reminders
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors:

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM
Fireworks are strictly prohibited (violations may result in fines up to $2000)
No parties or events allowed
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas
Please respect local wildlife and avoid leaving food outside

Pet-Friendly Policy
We welcome pets with a $100 fee per stay. Kindly clean up after your pet, dispose of waste properly, and report any damage. Your help in keeping the space clean and comfortable is greatly appreciated.

Our co-host is at your service via text, call, or in-person as required. Access is provided through a secure key code, ensuring utmost privacy and convenience for our guests.
