This beautiful Hidden Dunes Beach Resort condo is extra large and directly on the ocean with amazing views. From the moment you enter the condo you will feel the luxury as you look through the entry columns to the open floor plan and out the full wall of windows directly to the breathtaking Gulf waters beyond! After the entry you come to the dining area. A large table that seats 8 is waiting for unforgettable meals with your family. There is also an additional dining area that includes 4 chairs and 3 bar stools. All of this surround a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a new induction stove with air fryer oven. The living area has two sofas and a chair and a half. Plenty of seating for sharing memories after a full day out and about. (Furniture bought new in 2022). This property at Hidden Dunes is located right off the elevator in a covered alcove that keeps you out of the weather. It is a 3-bedroom spacious condo with 10-foot ceilings and 2450 square feet. The Master suite is large and luxurious and the ensuite has double sink vanity, large shower, jetted tub, and a water closet room. The second bedroom has an ensuite bath and king bed. Bedroom three has an ensuite bath and two Queen Beds. All bedrooms have a flat screen tv and the living area and master bedroom have smart tv's. There are 2 twin rollaway beds for extra sleeping. This condo can comfortably sleep 10.

If sun and sand are what you crave you are a few steps from basking on the beautiful white sand. In the evenings you can enjoy sunsets from your private balcony, or take a romantic walk on the beach! Hidden Dunes is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, fabulous water and amusement parks, Zoo World, Wonderworks, miniature golf, and gift shops. Near by you will find Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant where you can buy fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and book a Shell Island and dolphin excursion. Major grocery and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive. St. Andrews State Park is very close by. This condo is centrally located between Pier Park and the 23rd Street/Historic St/ Andrews area. Pier Park is a one of a kind retail, dining, and entertainment attraction with island inspired architecture.
