The RESORT - Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the finest and most desired Luxury Beachfront Resorts in Panama City Beach. The Resort also boast some of the nicest amenities on the beach. Guests can enjoy the soft playing music throughout the entire grounds, while swimming at the pools or just hanging out on the pool deck and terrace. Guests can also enjoy the 2 Pools, 2 Hot Tubs, 2 Tiki Bars (with poolside food and beverages), which really sets this resort apart! Ice and snack vending machines are located on various floors and the lobby.

Our "Shore 2 Please" , unit with parking below is super convenient and located close to the elevators. Tower I is super nice but Tower II has most of the onsite amenities and is laid out in a larger and more grand fashion. Tower I guests also park at Tower II but have to go up to the 5th floor skywalk, push the cart over. Direct beach access is offered via the skybridge.

**Please note - Per Condo Association rules, only 2 parking passes are allowed for this unit**

Short family get away

My family and my sisters family rented the condo. It was perfect for us. It fit everyone so well, everyone had a bed. Having multiple bathrooms was a huge plus when you have kids. The view was amazing, and the location was amazing. We had so much fun. The check in process was so simple and parking wasn’t too bad.. we definitely enjoyed our stay didn’t have any issues. We will definitely book this condo again thank you so much for making sure your condos are nice and inviting..and having the cart on the balcony for the beach was a huge plus it helped when carrying our things to the beach.

Great location for family vacation!

We had the most incredible week at Dawns condo! For one the unit was decorated beautifully and fully stocked with all the things we needed and didn’t know we needed while there. There was a beach wagon provided full of beach chairs, wave/boogie boards, sand toys, etc. We added to this by leaving a few beach toys and nets for grab hunting! :) We had 8 of us total and had so much space to spread out. The unit was so clean and well taken care of. Upon arrival Dawn and her husband reached out to let us know that they had just replaced the air conditioning unit and to let them know if there were any issues. We experienced zero! The room was wonderfully cold after being at the beach all day. We enjoyed being on tower 2 where the parking garage was located and second pool. Overall, we had the best time and I would book this condo a million times over. Thanks again for letting our family stay in your beautiful unit!

Everything you need and then some

Shore 2 Please @ Grand Panama Resort is nothing but amazing. Short term stay or long term stay you will have everything you need! Plenty of dishes, flatware, pots and pans galore, crockpot, electric can opener, 2 coffee pots, one with the ability to use K-cups, full size washer and dryer, plenty of towels, and so much more. The evening view is absolutely beautiful, ocean view from balcony and back bedroom. Dawn is an amazing host, and lives locally if you have any issues. I can’t say enough about the condo and Dawn!! This condo meets and will exceed your expectations….

Excellent!!!!!!!

Perfect weekend getaway wished we could have stayed longer. We had 5 adults and never felt like we were on top of each other. Our Condo was very clean, easy access to everything, minimal wait time for elevators. Check in process was super easy. This place will be our first go to when booking our next vacation. My husband now doesn’t want to stay anywhere else in PCB! Thank you Dawn’s Rentals for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

GREAT FAMILY VACATION

Perfect!!

Yuck - Healthy risk!!!

Absolute no go. Everywhere mold/mildew in all showers, AC and Washmachine. Bed was dirty - hair and sand! After complaining I didn’t get any response at all - absolute no go! No money back without using I lost more than 1600 Doller and no response at all. That is not the way how customer shoulb be treatet. Never ever again!

Good beach stay with friends

We stayed for a short weekend with friends! Not directly on the beach but easy to get to. Very clean with plenty of room. The host was super quick to respond and very kind! Lots of amenities within the complex which is always a plus!

Clean and comfortable

The worst thing was the lack of a view, and the tight conditions in the parking garage. The best thing was the condo and Dawn. It was just as described. When we had an issue with the washing machine, they fixed it immediately! I could stay there a month in the off season! As a senior, it was a good ways to the beach, but we expect that. We are not used to going in the middle of July, so the heat was really intense to us, but the grown kids and grandchildren seemed to have a terrific time!

Best Home away from Home in PCB!!

My family and I stayed at Dawns Rentals, Shore 2 Please @ Grand Panama! The place was absolutely beautiful, very clean & very well kept grounds, the entire place! View was breathtaking ❤️ Front desk had my welcome packet ready at arrival! Check in literally took less than a minute! Dawn was a wonderful host and replied very quickly to any questions we had before arrival! So organized that we had no need to reach out to her during our entire stay! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dawns Rentals, we will definitely be returning each year!

Excellent vacation

We loved the Shore 2 Please. When we walked in, it was so incredibly clean and ready for us. We had a slight struggle with the lock on the door and Dawn was immediately available to help. It wasn't her fault, we just didn't understand how to use it completely. The view is amazing, and everything about her place is wonderful. I highly recommend.

Outstanding vacation spot

We have stayed with Dawn’s Rentals for 5 years, two to three times a year. Hands down the best places to stay on the beach. Clean and convenient to anywhere on the beach. Highly recommend trying one or her condos.

Right in the heart of PCB, with easy access to each end of the beach. Loaded with amenities we know our guests will enjoy and just a short walk to the beach over the skyway bridge. No streets to cross. If you're looking to have some fun with the kids Shipwreck Water Park is right around the corner from your condo. Miniature golf is also within walking distance and you are also within walking distance to the "Shoppes of Edgewater", that has Rocket Lanes, that offers black light bowling, skating, arcade games and & billiards. Also, CiCi's Pizza buffet, Axe Throwing, Pink Pelican Ice Cream, Los Rancheros Mexican Restaurant, Firefly Restaurant! You are only 3 miles from Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. Easy access to Hwy 98/Panama City Beach Parkway…to allow you to avoid any traffic on Front Beach Rd.

Resort Fees and Parking:

Online registration is required for all guests. The garage parking fee is $55 per vehicle.

Replacement cost for any lost parking tag will be $30. In the case where a guest/renter arrives after 11:00 p.m., a short-term parking authorization will be issued by security allowing the person to park. The appropriate parking pass must be obtained at the registration desk in the lobby and displayed in the vehicle no later than noon the following day. Any unit owner or guest/renter that violates the parking rules will be subject to booting and/or towing and a $150 fine.
• Passes must be displayed with information visible in the front windshield of vehicle.
• Parking is located in the parking levels 2-5 in Tower 2, and the stand along parking garage west
of Tower 2, between Tower 2, with standalone parking garage and north and east of
Tower 2 unless otherwise marked.
• Fifteen minute parking is available for loading and unloading
• Handicap parking is in the front of Tower 1, in the garage of Tower 1, in the stand alone
garage and on each floor of Tower 2 parking levels 2-5
• Trailers, scooters, micro cars and golf carts are NOT ALLOWED.
