The Space:
Spread out and relax in this two-story, rear-facing condo designed for comfort and style. The main floor features a large, sunlit open-plan living area, a fully stocked kitchen with a large island and four bar stools, and an adjacent dining table for six.
Upstairs, you'll find a second entertainment lounge, perfect for a cozy movie night or game time. The condo also features two private outdoor spaces: a spacious deck perfect for al fresco beverages and a separate balcony offering a quiet spot for morning coffee with peaceful views over local parks and 7th Street.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 5-6):
* Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom (2nd Floor)
* Second Bedroom: Two TwinXL beds with a private ensuite bathroom (Main Level)

This property happens to be shared by two cousins, Matt and Amy, along with their two spouses. Their shared grandparents, George and Evelyn, are the inspiration behind the names of the property. In 2020, the two came together and began the journey of completely rebuilding the property and turning them into something unique and special that we'd be able to share with others who are visiting our hometown. Amy's husband, Chris, was the both the contractor & builder for the whole buildout and spent extra time on each detail ensuring that these units were of the highest quality.

This brand new property is a part of one of the most unique properties in Holland. The convenience of being located right on 8th St. and having a couple of patios that overlook 7th St, combined with the luxurious feeling accompanied with the unit is something that hasn't been seen in this area before. Whether you are wanting to walk around downtown or make a short drive to the beach, this is the perfect spot to treat yourself. While there are 5 total units on this property all available for rent, this one in particular happens to be our largest and features the most square footage.
