This home was perfect for our large group and Lynn was a wonderful host! It is a beautiful property & very comfortable with lots of room to comfortably hangout. The play area outside was also perfect for the littles in our group!

We had a great time in this property. Working with Lynn, the Property Manager, was very easy and a great experience.The house is in great shape and welcoming.The only aspect we did not like much is the access to the hot tub, grill area, as it is only through the bedrooms.

Great family place

Loved this place!

We celebrated Thanksgiving here this year and it was such a wonderful time! The house was perfectly clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable! Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided and we enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home!

Amazing property. Felt exactly as described. Had lot of rooms for large group. Every room had a private bath. Host was super responsive. Resolved all issues within minutes. Kids had fun on the bunk bed with slide.

Perfect for a family getaway

This was our first big family trip with my parents and siblings since we had all gotten married and started our own families. This place blew us away. So spacious and always something to do or sit back and relax. Great place for wonderful memories!

Wonderful facility for family gatherings. Close to several opportunities for entertainment opportun.

Only complaint was septic tank (and/or gas) odor while visiting on the back porch and excellent play ground.

Branching Out has a room and bathroom for everyone. It is very kid friendly and includes both a pack n play and a mini-crib for infants as well as 6 twin sized bunk beds in the awesome bunk room with indoor slide, a fun reading nook accessible only at the top bunks, and arcade. There are 2 different living areas, board games provided, shuffleboard table, and more inside. Two covered back decks also include outdoor games, hot tub, propane fireplaces, outdoor dining, and Blackstone griddle. The cabin wouldn't be complete without a firepit out back which is adjacent to the playground. There's always something to do to keep everyone entertained and enjoy a weekend away in the beautiful forested area.
