The code was delivered in plenty of time for check-in. The house, the host, and the location were all outstanding. The host was flexible on a few important requests made by us. Outstanding communication and stay. Highly recommend this property!

I am sorry you have experience not comfortable bed- for you future stay -please request Houskeepwr to make you beds free of charge- we would love to provide all bedding, mattress protection and cotton sheets lots of pillows and duvets for your comfort! Ok place to stay but not as described

It seems like this house was just listed quickly as there were some short comings. The kitchen sink faucet wasnt even attached and there was only a handful of towels for 10 people. This house really only should be fit for 3 couples. The ad said close walk to the beach, and it was in no way a close walk. The ad had hit points like ocean front and water front but was no where near the water. For the price we paid we should have gotten hotels on the beach with better amenities. Would not stay here again for those reasons.

Please feel free to request ;) we apologize for the walking you had to do - we do it all the time when we stay-10min or if you want to make it more memorable 15min with a great sunset view on the Manasota Beach Bridge!

The place was clean and comfortable but we were told to sweep, mop, strip the beds, take out the garbage and recycling - and we were still charged a cleaning fee. This made the morning very stressful and unenjoyable.

Thank you for staying at MANASOTA BEACH MULTI HOME RENTALS! Your stay has been only for 1 night; We am sure you have not have any issues on picking up trash from your stay with Us! As per house rules we do ask guests to return property into the condition you have received to avoid any additional cleaning fee. The fee that you are charged for cleaning is very minimal to KEEP PRICE AFFORDABLE that you have been happy to pay. We provide high standards for cleaning and comfort with our cleaning and design team as well. Please note we do deep cleaning EVERY STAY, to provide an amazing experience to ALL of our guests! We offer non smoking policy allows people to enjoy their stay and we do not allow smoking within perimeter of our home or inside. We did not charge you anything as we appreciated you following house rules! Welcome back anytime to MANASOTA BEACH MULTI HOME RENTALS!
