Awash in clean lines and calming tones, Tucked Away is a modern beach retreat with a nod to Old Florida. Surrounded by old growth trees, it's easy to forget the world outside.

Tucked Away offers guests covered parked for 3 vehicles in the carport and plenty of parking for your boat or jetskis - the public ramp is just over the bridge about 0.4 miles away!

Up on the 2nd level you will enter into an open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen with cathedral ceilings. Two doors in the living room open onto the covered screened porch that overlooks the pool.

Haven Near Family

We were coming to the area to visit my in-laws for a milestone birthday. We been coming to the area for 10 years but have never found a good place to stay once our family size outgrew the capacity of my in-laws two bedroom home. Wow did we find THE place! The space was bright and spacious. The bedrooms had such amazing details to the decor and the bathrooms were clean and roomy. But the highlight for our kiddos was the pool! We had to drag them out every evening! It was good to be able to keep an eye on them from multiple areas (by the pool, under the covered area with a nice couch, the balcony). The only feedback I had was it would be nice to have a dorm fridge in the pool room so we could keep drinks and snacks. I liked this place so much, I may buy it myself for our next stay!

This property is wonderful!

Really nice vacation home close to a beautiful beach. Home is just beautiful and private/quiet, set back on a large lot among beautiful vegetation. Tastefully decorated with a heated pool and really nice outdoor area to hang out in. The house has everything you need, especially if you're travelling with kids. We fell in love with the place. Owners are very nice and are really on top of their game and respond to messages almost immediately. I would highly recommend. We plan on going back!

Everyone loved it!

My family plus some friends stayed here for a brief vacation and it was the best time. The house was so nice, nicely furnished and clean. The pool was much bigger than expected and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. The owners were super kind and great communication with them. Would definitely recommend!

Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our month’s stay at Tucked in at Wooded Way. House is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very nice pool area and also minutes to the beach. The owner was quick to reply to any messages. We would have preferred a gas bbq grill to the charcoal grill.

What a beautiful home! We had an issue with sanitary conditions of the home we were stay at down the road and left. The owner of this property was so kind and helped us out when I was in a panic. It was perfect for us and our 3 kids (7, 11,13). Beautifully updated and decorated and had everything we needed for a week. We’ll definitely be back!

In town for a wedding

Cannot thank Erik enough for sharing his property with us. Our son was having a destination wedding and we rented the home for us and our parents to stay while we were in town for the festivities. There was plenty of room for four couples. The house is very lovely. Having to pool right there was a plus because my mom walks with a cane and didn’t want to navigate sand anymore than she had to, so she was able to enjoy sitting outside by the pool. We enjoyed having all the comforts of home as opposed to staying in a hotel. Plus the hotel the bride and groom used for their room blocks was actually going to end up costing us more per night than staying in this house. The house is located a shirt driving distance to the beach and it was centrally located in between the wedding activities that we had going on which made it an easy drive to everywhere we needed to go. Would highly recommend this property!

This property was perfect for our family vacation needs, our whole family stayed here and enjoyed the pool and close walk to the beach. The house is very clean and the kitchen and bathroom are brand new. The house was decorated very tastefully with a nice beach vibe. The house does feel very private even though it’s on a street with other houses. There are lots of trees and it’s privately set back on a quiet road. Definitely would stay here again!

Very nice property, but not as secluded as before

A quality property: open/functional layout, tastefully decorated & furnished, and well-maintained. TVs in every bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Good sized pool. Property manager very responsive. Pool cage sustained some damage during recent hurricane. An elevator would be nice. The white access stairs & railing could use a good pressure wash. I can see how it truly was “tucked away on a wooded way;” but due to the new construction next door and the loss of trees/vegetation in the hurricane, it has lost much of its former seclusion.
