Boasting a fully equipped kitchen and 2 living areas, this home is the perfect, hassle-free getaway for up to 10 people. With tropical design and a private pool, you can rest assured that you have arrived on vacation enjoying the salty, balmy breezes blowing in from the local Gulf beaches.


Cabana de Sol is a true Florida charmer with Old Florida vibes! Cozy yet spacious, it features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 living spaces so your group can enjoy games in one room and a show in the other.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with all that you need to enjoy a meal at home or just to whip up some cocktails. You can enjoy a meal at the dining room table with seating for 8 or enjoy a meal outside al fresco.
A BBQ is available to grill up some locally caught seafood or a fresh steak from our local farmer's market.

We believe a great day begins with a cup of coffee in hand while enjoying some lazy clouds moving across the sky and a great ending is watching the stars while floating in a pool. Vacation feels easy here!

CHILD FRIENDLY ITEMS
We provide all the basics for those traveling with infants/toddlers including a pack n play, a walker, a bouncer, a snuggle me lounger and a California Baby beach tent to make a beach vacation easy for parents.

Our home has many toys, books and games for families to enjoy and to give children something to keep them entertained.


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed.

The 3rd bedroom has a Full-size bed with a Twin pull-out trundle underneath.

In the second living room, we have a new sofa bed with a pullout foam queen bed that sleeps 2.

Your group can enjoy the spacious layout which includes the living room with a smart TV and the sunroom with games and books to enjoy. Right off the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside you will find a covered patio area and a private pool to soak up the abundant Florida sunshine, as well as a large unfenced yard to enjoy some sports and recreation. We have a variety of yard games such as corn-hole, horseshoes, croquet and badminton. There is enough space for a volleyball game!


There are 2 loungers on the pool deck plus 2 more pool loungers to use in the yard, as well as 6 sling chairs for you to enjoy using as a group outdoors.

Everything you need for the beach is provided including sand toys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler bags and even some beach games such as spikeball.

RV, Jetski and/or boat parking allowed off to the side of the driveway. Please be aware that there is no fencing on this side of the yard.
