BIENVENIDOS A OLCHA HOUSE ...
Nuestro tema es "Mountain Comfort" ... un hogar lejos del hogar con acabados, características, muebles y comodidades mejorados. El diseño de dos niveles ofrece cinco amplias habitaciones, cada una con baño completo y amplia privacidad. El nivel superior incluye una cocina abierta y un área de comedor con acceso tanto a la sala de estar como a la terraza privada desde donde nuestra bañera de hidromasaje para seis personas da a Main Street Park City. El diseño es ideal para reuniones familiares y socializar con amigos. La cocina está equipada y bien equipada, incluyendo un armario de especias / grapas. Las características adicionales incluyen estacionamiento cubierto, local de esquí al aire libre, secador de botas de interior, chimenea de gas, sistema de sonido Bose, televisión por cable, wifi, sistema de ablandamiento de agua, humidificador para toda la casa, calefacción de zócalo y aire acondicionado (un verdadero placer en el verano).

We had an excellent stay and loved the location. Our family each had their own bedroom and bathroom which worked out very well. Nice common areas to hang out and socialize. Chimayo and Butchers Chop House were great dinner options. Loved the High West Saloon. All within a very short walk.

Excellent views, well appointed.

Beautiful home. Sleeping accommodations comfortable. However, we did not recognize the number of levels of this home. OlderFamily had difficulty with so many stairs. May be helpful to overly emphasize this fact in the description for potential guests who have not visited the area or understand the landscape that drives the construction of multilevel homes. Beautiful location, beautiful home. Thank you for this offering.

Perfect Location for a Family Trip

The Olchoa House was a perfect location for our family of 8 on our spring break ski trip. It was beautiful, spacious and fully furnished with everything we needed. Walking distance to Main St for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this property.

8th time staying at Olcha! Perfect location for walking to town. Also skiing to house at the end of the day. Very well appointed house with everything you need for a perfect stay. Hot Tub with a view. All the kitchen gear. BIG Tv with all the streaming you need. Family room is perfect. Long table in kitchen for family dinners and breakfast and games. Perfect spot.

Fantastic!

This house was perfect for 5 couples, right near the lifts, easy walk to town, and everything needed for an easy comfortable stay. Jodi was very responsive when we reached out about a coffee pot we cracked and helped with making an earlier check-in for us.Our group would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful ski house

This place was wonderful. Easy walk to the slope and easy walk to town. All the rooms were comfortable and the house had all the supplies we needed. Would definitely come back!

Great place

Great location to town. The house was very clean & a great size for our group - the kitchen area was perfect to gather. It had all the amenities we needed. Ahh, the hot tub was amazing after skiing all day! Great place, I would definitely recommend it!

Family Grandkids

7 adults 3 kids - very comfortable sleeping arrangements! The house was equipped with everything. From spices to olive oil, plenty of wine glasses and dinner plates for a large group of individuals. It was great to have a local host for any last minute questions. This location is perfect! It was a 4 minute drive to Deer Valley and a 5-minute walk to Main Street. This property is extremely well maintained and managed.

Great place for friend reunion!

We loved the house. Had plenty of room for six of us. The kitchen was well stocked and great table for all of us. Living room was comfortable for late night discussions. The hot tub also was enjoyable. We loved being walkable to Main Street and had great meals at local restaurants. The house has lots of steps but not a problem for us and we appreciated the private space with all the bedrooms and private bathrooms.

Incredible house & location, perfect for girls' trip!

5 of us came to Park City to celebrate turning 50 and the Olcha house was incredible. The location was so easy and much within walking distance, everything within a short drive (i.e. grocery store). The views were amazing - plenty of room to hang out, fully stocked kitchen, we each had our own bedroom & bathroom. Really couldn't have been better - charming, beautiful, thoughtful owners - memorable experience for all of us!

Perfect place for a family gathering!

This was the PERFECT venue for our family gathering. We had children and grandchildren traveling from Maui and Virginia and we couldn't have found better accommodations. One of our sons has worked in the high-end hospitality industry in Wailea, HI for over 25 years and when you can impress him, you've accomplished something! He described this home as "next level." My husband is an artist and the choice of artwork and decor certainly caught our attention. One of our DILs is quite the foodie and she had nothing but good things to say about the culinary accouterments. Our teenage grandkids loved the independence of being able to walk to town and/or fishing spots. In sum....we loved this home and we are grateful to have found it.

July 4th Holiday Week

We had an amazing time at Olcha House. The location is amazing with access to everything old town Park City has to offer via a short walk. The house had a wonderful view, is stocked with everything you could think of, and it has awesome common areas to hang out with your group. We would recommend it to anyone coming to Park City with a large family/group.

Awesome stay in Park City!

The location of this house was perfect! So close to trails and awesome restaurants in town. The size of the house was perfect for our group of six. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Park City Gem!

Our best friends, their 4 boys (age 11-18) and my husband all traveled from Nebraska to Park City for our vacation ! This house was AMAZING! One of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had - and as we like to cook a lot of meals in house, we were super happy! The beds and linens were plentiful and comfortable. We really appreciated the toiletries, laundry supplies and kitchen consumables being provided. The walk to downtown is 5 minutes and so easy! It was great for letting our boys explore and being so close to restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay here again!
