Brand New Old Town Home with Private Hot Tub

This beautiful private home is ideally located just a couple blocks to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. It's great for families or groups - it comfortably sleeps up to 12. It's on the free town shuttle so it's easy to access Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and all of Park City's activities and entertainment.

This spacious home has three floors with plenty of room for your entire family or group to relax. The main/middle floor is street level and features a living room with large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. There is a full kitchen and a dining area with seating for 8 and three at the breakfast bar. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed and three-quarter bath. Right outside the doorstep, take a dip in the private hot tub and let your worries soak away. This floor also has a half bath, mud room, small deck with private grill, and outdoor space. The private driveway has two parking spaces.

The downstairs level has two queen bedrooms, one with a three-quarter bath and another with a full bath offering a tub/shower combo. There is a den with comfortable sectional, 75” flat screen TV with Sonos soundbar, and a game table.

The top floor includes the main bedroom with king bed, 50” flat screen TV, and a three-quarter bath with a dual head rain shower. The other bedroom has four twins, two of which can be converted into a king bed with advance notice, and a three-quarter bath. There is a small deck with seating above the garage. Garage is not included as part of property rental. Complimentary alternate daily housekeeping during the winter season.

Additional features include flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, air conditioning, washer and dryer on bottom level, Wi-Fi, propane grill. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.

This house was an absolute delight, from its prime location near Main Street and restaurants to its safety. My friends and I stayed here for a wedding, and everyone had ample space for twelve adults without feeling cramped. The property management group was responsive, accommodating and friendly. The house was incredibly comfortable and clean, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. I would love to return in the future.

Great location, tons of space!

Had a great time and this house was critical for our trip. 7 adults and we all had our own spaces. Location was perfect. Short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Looking forward to returning to Park City and would rent this place again.

Fantastic Property - They've thought of almost everything

Very spacious and in excellent condition, with up to date appliances. Well stocked with items such as towels, tissues, and hair dryers. Management very responsive to any questions or concerns. Excellent location near downtown . Off street parking for up to two cars. Can't say enough good things about it. Only quibbles were that there was no broom and no laundry detergent. Also curiously, the kitchen was completely empty of the kinds of items other renters usually leave behind such as cooking oil and a few spices.

Awesome location with a lot of space !

This was a great property- super clean and nicely updated. It was very spacious and was in a great location right off Main St. Park City Lodging staff was wonderful and accommodating as well helping us with an earlier check in time. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

This house gets 5 stars on location alone. It’s expensive but worth it to be walking distance to town and town lift and a short bus ride to PC mountain village. Rooms are well spread out to give privacy if you’re in a big group. Management company was very responsive in supplying some essentials that were in low stock when we arrived. They were great to deal with overall.

Wedding Week!

Our experience was flawless. It was every listed and more. Beautiful bedding and so well equipped for our family wedding weekend. It was spotless so I gave a five star despite the carpet going downstairs and several spots down there and in the master bedroom. The spots did not fit with the cleanliness of the whole place.

Nice stay in Park City with great location!

We came back last month from a wonderful stay in this home in Park City! We walked a few times to Old Town-Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Home was nicely organized with lots of room.We had plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms for our group of ten. There were extra blankets and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed but could have used a few food storage containers. We had a great time at this home and loved Park City!

Spacious house within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Overall this house is beautiful, spacious, and apparently recently renovated because everything looks and smells like new. My family of 10 stayed for six nights and we all slept very comfortably. We would definitely stay here again.
