-Wristbands (to be worn while on property, they cannot be loosened once tighten)

-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).

-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

Needs some updates

Property has massive potential. Just needs some major updates. It has two fridges, one mini for the room size itself that is loud when it cycles, and a house size fridge for your food. The bed needs to be replaced. There was a broken chair set up to be sat on, and there was a 32 in TV with a bad remote with no button identification and a missing battery cover that was setup opposite side of the bed. The room was liveable for a hotel night stay. The room is small but can be really great. The good is location to the beach is a short walk across the street.
