only one towel for the entire stay, and it took days to respond. I got towels myself. bad service

Property is nice. A lot of construction around, thus it becomes very noisy. Good place to stay.

It was a terrible experience to have Omar as a guest. It was very difficult to communicate with him. He did not review the house guide, so he had difficulty checking in, connecting to the wifi, and finding extra supplies in our closet. A technician was sent over to help Omar and extra linens were brought as well. He turned them away and refused their assistance. The space was extremely dirty and disorganized when he checked out. Neither would I recommend this guest to other hosts nor would I host him again.

The parking was a challenge had to park down street most of the time, there was only one bath towel tried to get more but was told there was one there never found any so we went and bought some. Very nice apartment.

Nice apartment, questionable neighborhood.

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The kitchen was super nice but if you plan to cook you may want to bring a few things. They only had 2 knives, I bought a frying pan because they only had a small one and a sheet pan to use in the oven as there weren’t any. I left them for future renters to use. I had an issue with the furnace not kicking in, the apartment never got over 64 degrees. It was cold and rainy and 35 outside so I messaged the owner but it took them 23 hours to respond. I ended up buying a space heater and it warmed the place nicely. The apartment is centrally located, 10 mins to Old Market, restaurants and easily accessible to the highway. There was usually street parking available right in front of the apartment. The neighborhood was a bit questionable, several homeless people wandering around at night and early morning and the neighbors had clutter and garbage around the entryway. There is a cute park with walking trails, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and a small dog park just three blocks down. My daughter lives near Old Market it was close to her, I will say for the price it’s a great deal.

Modern & Cozy

Great place for my daughter and I to come back to and relax after a day of adventures. Close to Henry Doorly Zoo and downtown but far enough away for some quiet in the evenings.
