The house is so nice and comfortable, beds and all. Fully stocked. Room for everyone to have their own space and steps to the beach. Pick this one!

Great location and great time!

The house is in a great location and was vey clean and check in was easy. We enjoyed your stay and we would stay there again. Cobb Realty was extremely easy to work with as well.

The property was awesome and was in an amazing spot, steps from the beach. Even though I always bring everything for my stay, they had everything from pans, to plates, ect..I liked that they left enough towels in the restrooms. We did have an issue when we got their the door nob to lock wasn't working but we called and they got it fixed right away, also we weren't informed that we had to pay for a permit to park your car at the beach which I feel should have been disclosed or included with the rental. We were very disappointed that we were not able to enjoy the bottom part of the house because the chairs and table looked very run down & were very dirty with what looked liked bird poop! Even the shower to rinse off in the bottom kind of gave us the scariest cuz we tough maybe there were spiders. We did enjoy the top deck very much and the view! Other than that our stay was great and we definitely would recommend this property!! Just a few consecutive criticism because the property is beautiful and my family and I would love to come back again and would love for other families to enjoy it as much as we did!!! Thanks for the stay our summer 2026 vacation was awesome!!

Beautiful home with great Managing Company

Loved our stay at this Cobb Real estate property. They made check-in really easy and LOVED their dvd "rental" machine where you can checkout DVDs like library books (it really is the little things you notice). Also we really appreciated the earlier checkin and later checkout times they have in comparison to other properties. It's a little bit of a bummer that the linen package still requires you to make your bed, but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay at this home and any COBB home in the future.

We spent most of our time on the deck with a great view of the water and Beach. The home was very clean, but just had a little too much in the way of extra furniture and decor. The front door key was very difficult to get into the place.

We brought our toy poodle along as well. It had anything that you needed for your stay. We did have to purchase toiletries but that wasn't a deal breaker. It is in a great location and a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
