THE SPACE
Ocean views can be seen from most vantage points of the newly constructed townhome community called Viewpoint. Viewpoint, Unit #1 (end unit) is located across the street from the 7th Street Beach Entrance. You are literally steps to dipping your toes in the ocean! There is plenty of space in the garage for your golf cart parking or beach essentials. Viewpoint offers a premium location for beach access, community pool, short walk to Neptune Park Fun Zone, Lighthouse & Pier/Village area. Or my favorite, simply relax on the porch for people watching. Early risers will delight in picturesque sunrises over the ocean and a therapeutic walk on the beach. There is something for everyone at Viewpoint.
The Space:
Enter into the main level foyer, where you can find beach towels and books provided by the owner. Behind the stairs is a beverage center with ice maker. Towards the back of the home is a king suite (sleeps 2), TV and with bathroom (combo tub/shower) access to the hall. There is a back door to the green space under the live oaks.
Upstairs on the second level you are greeted into the dining room, which opens to the kitchen and family room with TV, covered porch overlooking the ocean, and screened in back porch from the dining room with a table for 6. Located in the landing is a small sitting room with a TV and half bath.
Third level is the bedroom suite for a guest room with a king bed (sleeps 2), TV, adjoins a shared hall bathroom with combo/tub shower. In the hall is the laundry closet with a front load washer and dryer.
Down the hall is a bunk room with 2-bunk beds (sleeps 4) and covered balcony access.
The 4th bedroom, considered the primary bedroom (sleeps 2), has a king bed, TV, covered balcony access with ocean views and adjoining bathroom with a shower.
Kitchen is nicely equipped for 10 guests. Owner has provided a combo drip/single serve coffee maker.
Parking is limited to 2 cars in the driveway on the gravel. No parking on the grass, on private lots nearby or in the street.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
