We arrived in Trastevere a little too early, Helena was very accommodating and she let us check in early. The place was near the train station and easy to to find. The communication was excellent, contacted us a few days before we arrived. The place is spacious and clean with added bonus of washing machine.Several grocery stores nearby and restaurants. It took us an hour to walk to Vatican City and the Colosseum from our place. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Rome.

We had a great three night stay in this immaculate apartment. We dealt with Helena, Ally and the cleaning lady whom were all Very helpful and accommodating. They helped us in so many ways regarding local transportation, etc. we arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Ciao!

Very convenient location in a safe neighborhood. The apartment has potential but would drastically benefit from a face lift. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders the walls were very dirty. Staff and check in was easy and accommodating and friendly. The apartment is spacious which is nice. The shower head didn’t work only the shower wand. Like I said just needs a little TLC.

Excellent location and quiet apartment

So glad we found this lovely apartment which is located really well for public transport across Rome. Spacious, quiet apartment with almost all you need for a week away.

The apartment was generally clean, but it felt run down and several maintenance issues were apparent. There were not enough dishes for four guests, only bedding for two was provided, and some of the furniture and cupboards were in poor condition. A table leg also fell off during our stay due to a pre-existing issue. The location was not convenient for sightseeing. Reaching major tourist attractions required public transit or taxis, and the public transit options from this area were often overcrowded and unreliable. The biggest disappointment was communication. Check-in was disorganized, with messages coming from three different people claiming to be the check-in assistant. When issues arose during our stay, I contacted both the host and the check-in assistants and received no response. We have now checked out and still have not heard back.

Could be better

Ran into snafu due to lack of timely response from owner. Could have been avoided. Overall lack of amenities. I towel per person, etc. Could have been much better. I am now at another property that is head and shoulders above.

Disappointed in Trestvere

Checking in was very accommodating after our overseas flight. However, we found the apartment lacking in basic amenities. No plates in the kitchen. There was a Nespresso machine, but no coffee. Very disappointed for the amount of money charged. We have had better short term rentals for less money.

The apartment was not in as good a shape as portrayed in the pictures. It was a little dirty for example the washing machine was a bit moldy. Claims to have a balcony but the balcony is covered in building supplies and not useable. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It was in a good location and we enjoyed the dining options near by. Overall it was okay but not what we expected.

Diese Wohnung ist absolut topp. Der Kontakt lief absolut reibungslos. Alles hat einfache gepasst. Die Lage, insbesondere zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Richtung Zentrum, ist einfach unschlagbar. Immer wieder gern!

El apartamento en general está bien pero las fotos no son fieles a la realidad, está descuidado y sucio en algunos sitios: la bañera tenía moho negro, las sillas del comedor chorretones negros, los utensilios viejos desgastados y algunos sucios, el pomo de la puerta del baño roto... Aún así la ubicación es genial y cumplió con lo que necesitábamos.
