Welcome to the Golden Cigar! 2022 West Tampa New Construction professionally decorated with new furniture, and rose gold finishes. 2 stories, fully fenced backyard, private balcony with skyline Tampa views, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, including a master bathroom with free standing tub! 1GB internet, Netflix, Youtube TV included. 5 minutes to Bucs & Yankee stadiums, 5 minutes to Armature Works, 5 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Hyde Park Village, 10 minutes to airport, 30 minutes to beaches

The property is a two story new construction home, approximately 1750 sq ft in West Tampa. As you walk in this property, downstairs has an entry room with pull out queen sofa bed and memory foam mattress, a 1/2 bath room, and then a 20x20 great room with kitchen, dining, and entertainment area. Upstairs has a master bedroom with king sized bed, en-suite bathroom including a free standing tub and shower, and a private balcony with peak-a-boo skyline views. Other upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed, and then the third with a queen/twin bunk bed combination. A pull out twin XL cot with memory foam mattress is also available in a storage closet. All bedrooms have televisions with Youtube TV and Netflix.

All major kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, and spices included in kitchen. Each guest receives a small gift basket of snacks.

Please Note: West Tampa is a gentrifying neighborhood and is urban and diverse in nature. The population is primarily Hispanic, white, and African American. There are new homes like this unit, but also less sightly older homes that are slowly being renovated. Please note (as seen on the exterior photos), the unit next door is a vacated home.

Fairly clean but had issues. Flooring in the kitchen area into the dining looks like it had been flooded at one time and there were ripples and chunks missing out of the flooring. Coffee pot was old and stained ( didnt use)upstairs shower drain was clogged so all 6 of us had to use one shower.rips in two of the pillows on the couch both twin beds were hard as rocks and master bed left me in pain every day i was there.Neighborhood looked ghetto and the owner refused to give out address until all sums were paid in full and it was the day before arrival.Car parking fits one small vehicle and even then, u have to watch how u open your door not to hit the exterior walls.He told us to park across the stet on the road which with me having a new car i wasn't going to do that. Wish i would have had that info earlierParking

Why they chose this property

This property is a brand new, luxury unit. We spent significant time and effort decorating and staging it. It's macro location is fantastic, minutes from downtown, the football stadium, the airport, and all the great neighborhoods of Tampa (Hyde Park, Armature Works, the Heights, Ybor, etc). It is about 30 minutes to Clearwater beach.
