If you're looking for a unique experience, then look no further!
The perfect vacation home for your family just two blocks north of the beach. Ship island excursions and the Gulfport Harbor park & splash pad are less than 1 mile away. Harbor park also has a walking track and great green-space for a picnic or play time with your kids & pets. We also provide beach accessories upon request. (chairs, ice chest, toys, beach towels, etc.)

This home is full of period antiques and relics of the past. Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Built in 1906 and beautifully restored in 2014, the Guest House offers 5 suites (2 with king beds, 3 with queen beds). each with private bath (4 with claw foot tubs and showers, 1 downstairs with walk-in accessible shower)

Hardwood floors, claw foot tubs, high ceilings, chandeliers and fireplaces are a few of it's historic features. Wi-Fi, flat screen 32' smart TV's , and lots of extra parking for classic car are just some it's newer modern touches. The yard is beautifully landscaped with beautiful flowering plants.

Everything about this house is amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The porch was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. Parking is well lit and allowed space for our classic cars. Would highly recommend staying here.

Sibling retreat

Sibling retteat - we are all over 60 so stairs was a little challening but was great accomodations for 5 couples as everyone had their own bedroom/bathrooms spaces. Great location for the beach, casino, restaurants, shopping excursions & harbor for lauching boat as men brought boat to fish.

This is a unique property for sure! A beautiful home full of beautiful things that manages to feel true to its name “the guest house.” We felt as though we were staying at a friend’s home for the weekend.

Beautiful home, stunning decor, rocking kitchen

We stayed at this guest house and were amazed from the entry alone. A welcome family greeted us at the entrance. There are five bedrooms with room for two in each. Four have claw foot tubs and one has a walk in shower. The kitchen has an amazing gas stove and complete kitchen. There are porches upstairs and down with a parking lot behind the house. If you have a group of adults and are going to Gulfport, stay here!

Best family vacation

We picked this house because it was close to beach and had multiple beds and baths. It exceeded our expectations since it was and old house full of antiques. Everyone was always saying “ did you see ——“ The host provided multiple sets of dish and glassware, plus lots of pots ,pans and spices. Beds very comfortable, lots of towels. Close to beach and casinos, we walked to each. The only drawback was the heat but each bedroom with own thermostat so everyone was comfortable. Lots of outdoor seating . My favorite place was swing in front porch. My whole family including the teens had a great tome

Family Reunion

The home fit our needs perfectly. We were a party of 10 adults and everyone having their own bathroom was awesome. The location of the home was perfect. Unfortunately, the kitchen was filthy. Greasy pans left on the stove. The refrigerator and freezer was also filthy and full of food left by other guests. The ice maker did not work and all the filters needed replaced. Kitchen cabinets jam-packed full of too many dishes. Bath robes in the master bath were also dirty. Covered in make-up and spots if blood. Outside of home - railing on porch in desperate need of repair and an overall yard clean-up is needed.

Historical Gem

My friends and I had a lovely weekend at the Guest House. Plenty of beds and bathrooms which is always helpful for a large group. Kitchen had all of the cooking supplies we needed and a full size double coffee pot that was very much appreciated in the mornings by our large group. Home was clean, beautifully decorated with antique furniture but all very comfortable. It’s also easy to find and a very short drive from downtown Gulfport with lots to see and do. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. All in all a perfect house for a relaxing friends trip. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect group getaway for CTC!

The house, the location, the parking, the decor, from start to finish this house was perfect! Everyone loved their stay! We will definitely be back for another year of cruisin.
