From the tastefully furnished living room, which also contains a pull-out sofa, the guest gets straight to the furnished balcony. Here you can enjoy the wonderful sea air. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the children's room has two single beds. The modern shower room completes the apartment. Special features Your little pet (except cats!) is welcome (10.00 € per night). There is a balcony as well as a cart. A shower stool in the bathroom has also found its place. An ironing board and iron are available for shared use in the HWR. In the bedrooms and in the bathroom fly screens are installed. The bicycle shed is available for common use. In the shared utility room washing machine and dryer are available. Further advantages: Parking and cart included. For excursions in the surroundings of Boltenhagen, there are bicycles available to rent for a fee. In addition to the balcony, the first floor apartment has its own furnished sun terrace. The stone barbecue can be used by both parties. The fine sandy beach is only about 500m. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for borrowing replacement devices can take over, if the devices are defective, you do not agree or not available at the moment.
