Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Top-of-the-line finishes include ultra-soft bamboo linens, pillow-top mattresses, granite countertops, wood flooring, and high-end appliances and electronics. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen!

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our favorite spot

This was out third stay at Bungalow Beach Place and it did not disappoint. We love everything about it and met two ladies during our visit that used to stay at the property back in the 80's when it went by a different name. They said it was the best place to stay in the area and we assured them that it still is.

Great location

The location was perfect, right on the beach! We traded luxury for the location and it was worth it to us. The unit was clean but tiny and very basic. The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials but no extras like coffee or filters, etc. No beach towels, or umbrellas. Chairs are on a first come first serve basis for the entire complex so get up early to stake your claim or bring your own. The unit is very small, smaller than it appears in the pictures. It was fine for two of us for a couple of days but it would be very tight with 4 people. We don’t spend much time Inside, so we would stay again, for a casual, low key getaway.

Perfect view!

Lovely view and a very cute unit. It is small, good for a couple but I would not recommend for a family or two couples. They provide almost everything you need. No issues with beach loungers, always some available. Umbrellas were in short supply though so may want to grab one at the store across the way if you need to be in the shade.

Wonderful!

This is our second stay this year, and we’ll be back next year. This rental is perfectly equipped for two people. Super clean, Right on the beach with beautiful views. Love having the beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards to use, also there is a closet full of beach toys and things under the stairs from past guests that we could use. Located in walking distance of good food, coffee, ice cream, miniature golf and nature parks.

We'll never stay anywhere else

This was honestly the best rental we have stayed in on IRB. We liked it so much, we canceled our reservation for September and booked this unit instead. My only complaints were the bright spot light outside of the bedroom door, we had to use our beach towels to block out the light, and the AC units are right next to the sitting balcony sitting area, so the sound of those when they are running blocked out the sound of the ocean which was a little bit of a bummer, but the view makes up for it. Also the chairs for the 1st floor units looked way more comfortable than the chairs for the 2nd floor. I wish we had had the more comfortable chairs to enjoy our patio area. But these are small issues compared to some we have experienced at other rentals. We felt completely at home, there was not one thing that our unit lacked, and the property is so well maintained and beautiful, we were just so happy to be there!

Bungalow Paradise

The accommodations, the amenities of kayaks, paddle boards, and fire pit, the window view of paradise, and walking straight onto the beach makes the Bungalow 5 Stars. We absolutely loved this place and enjoyed meeting our amazing neighbors who are now friends. My only disappointment was a broken coffee pot that took 3 days to contact someone to replace it. Since I got a new coffee pot and enjoyed the coffee shops we went to, we still are giving the Bungalows 5 Stars. The management company needs to provide direct contact information during booking to respond quicker to questions.

Great Location Off set by Safety Concerns

So many things we enjoyed about this property such as the quick beach access, complimentary beach chairs and water toys, and small, intimate feel. However, our back door, which gave us immediate beach access, did not lock. We called VACASA and were assured a 50 minute call back which we never received. Late that afternoon, we ran Iinto maintence. After a brief inspection, the crew determined the lock was defective and they couldn't fix it because it would terminate the warranty. But we had nothing to worry about because no one would bother us. Unfortunately, this maintenance worker guarantee did nothing to relieve our concern, especially during sleep. In today's climate, we would assume guest safety would be of utmost priority. Sadly, this was not the case.

Beautiful location, ok communication

We loved this cute little place to celebrate our sons birthday! The location of the property was PERFECT! That alone would make us come back! We loved Indian Shores and have added it to the TOP of our favorite places to visit. There were many places to eat close by and several in walking distance even though most of our time was spent on the beach! The keyless access was very easy and the home itself was nice. There were only 2 issues we ran into: 1. We did not get the email with the parking pass until 3:30 PM on the day we were scheduled to arrive. Since check in was at 4 pm we were already on our way and unable to print the pass. We tried to text, call and email to find out what to do but did not get a solid answer. Housekeeping did text us to check on the cleanliness of the home, we replied asking who we should contact regarding the parking pass in hopes they could direct us, but all they could help with was restating the email that was sent. Luckily, we were not towed or ticketed! 2. Someone in one of the other bungalows was partaking in some 420 action and the ventilation system was obviously shared! Not a huge problem, just not the best with 2 younger toddlers. We also were a little nervous about being accused of smoking in the house when we did not and do not smoke. The smell faded through our stay so we did not feel the need to reach out. Only think I could suggest would be easily accessed contact information for these types of issues. Other than that, we would definitely consider returning!
