Enjoy panoramic Gulf views at this beachfront condo, located on the top floor (with no neighbors above). You’ll love the intimate Bungalow Beach Place complex - a boutique, nine-condo hideaway on soft white sands. Relax beneath coconut palms after a dip in the emerald waters!

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Top-of-the-line finishes include ultra-soft bamboo linens, pillow-top mattresses, granite countertops, wood flooring, and high-end appliances and electronics. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen!

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

You’ll love it here.

This was the perfect little place. It was spotless and close to everything. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful and you could watch from bed if you wanted to. It wasn’t crowded and like your own private oasis. We walked the beach and found so many cool shells and shark teeth. We will definitely be back. Definitely a little hidden gem❤️

This was a great place to get away and relax. Beach was just steps from the unit and location was terrific. We walked almost everywhere we went. Views were beautiful. Highly recommend!

Perfect Holiday Vacation

We arrived on Christmas and walked immediately to the beach (which is just a few steps from the room. The room was immaculate and perfect for what we needed. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and had the ability to cook when we wanted to. Would definitely go back.

Perfect spot to stay

Extremely clean and modern room. Bed was comfy and the extra large tv was nice. Loved that we could walk right out onto the beach. Beach was quiet, clean, and not crowded. Location is great! Nice that paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, laundry, and firewood were all provided! We would come absolutely stay here again!

No detail was overlooked. The furnishings are lovely. The owners provide bikes, chairs, kayaks, umbrellas...everything needed for a beach trip. No pool, which was perfect because it was quite.

The ideal beach front getaway. Loved the location, decoration, access to the beach, views at night from the balcony. The only thing is a big thing… you’ve GOT to invest in a new mattress. I should take a star away for it but wouldn’t want to deter anyone from a great vacation stay….

Good location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent! The beach is not crowded and there’s just enough around Indian Shores…good coffee, food, grocery, etc. One improvement for the unit would be a better bed! It was uncomfortable and creaky. Also, the sink in the kitchenette has zero water pressure, so washing dishes takes a minute. That’s minor though. We loved the view from the balcony, the beach access, and the small size of the resort. Would stay again!

Beachy Little Oceanfront Stay

This beachfront studio offered a wonderful, relaxing stay right on the ocean! We loved the small condo complex with great perks included - kayaks, paddle-boards, bikes all for shared use - so nice to use for an hour and not have to rent for a day. Grills and nice covered picnic tables allowed for outdoor dining as well as seating outside each unit to sit and view the ocean. This was a quiet area of the beach even during Spring Break, and there were nice restaurants, bakery, and coffee nearby. While the studio was compact, it offered all we needed including a well-appointed kitchenette, beachy decor, and updated furnishings - all clean and well cared for. We will definitely rent again, thanks!

Our fifth visit

We have stayed at this property 5 times. This was our first time in this studio. The bed needs some repair. Every time you sit on it or move around, it sounds like it’s going to collapse! This may be our last visit here. We were deeply disappointed that the kayaks and paddle boards are no longer offered. We wish this would have been disclosed. We always looked forward to using them. We also couldn’t believe the dune wall that now blocks the view of the beach. This really changes the view and beach experience. It seemed like all of the nice sand was limited to a small area. The beach was covered with smelly seaweed which made it more difficult to find a nice place to sit. Some of this is not the fault of the property but they should post new pictures showing how the property looks now and going forward with the changes.

The property is quaint and attractive. The location is superb. The unit itself needs attention.

The unit is very small as pictured. 2 people max. It is nicely decorated. However, the A/C unit is extremely loud and the water heater is very small. Hot water lasts a max of 10 mins. or will only fill 1/3 of the very small tub. Must wait about 30 mins for more hot water between use. Please read all the rules pertaining to the unit before your stay...there are several that we’ve never encountered before at a beach property. The bikes and kayaks are great amenities. Be sure to air up the tires (pump provided) and check the kayaks for plugs (one was missing). The view and location are exceptional. Would have given the property 5/5 but for the lack of hot water (also a complaint from the guests next door to us) and the noise in the unit.

Paradise Gone Wrong

We splurged & booked 10 days here for a much needed vacation. Beware - no customer service! 1. Advertised recreation equipment was not usable - missing plug in the kayak, no paddle for the paddle board, no adult life jacket. We called to let them know - nothing was addressed. 2. Workers were outside our windows 6 out of the 10 days, creating a total lack of privacy, loud noises, rendering the use of our gulf view deck non existent - having to close our curtains to avoid workers staring in & even day after day fleeing our accommodations to seek quiet. 3. We contacted management 3 different times during our stay to politely convey our dissatisfaction because they asked us to communicate should anything merit a negative review. No one ever called us back. 😢 4. Others staying in the complex were also upset, complaining they did not get accommodations they were promised & the noise along with the lack of privacy was sorely disappointing. We understand there is a lot of work involved in maintaining a beachfront property. However, what about customer service to those who are paying customers?? As beautiful as the spot is, we would never stay here again or recommend this place to others.
