Room was beautiful and clean! Nice and spacious. They were doing work on the side of the building above our room but besides the construction the view was breathtaking and we loved it
This was 5-stars across the board. Fantastic communication, all logistics were in place for a seamless experience. All of the directions and provided information prior to my arrival was easy to follow and created a wonderful relationship between the host and myself. I 100% recommend this rental and this host. The property was as stated, absolutely beautiful in every way, well kept, with some recent upgrades and more to follow. I will absolutely seek out this host again and intend to build on all of the great memories that this trip afforded us.
The property was very clean and the beach was just an elevator trip down. Daytona in general left a little to be desired but thats no fault of the property. Would look to stay here again if I find myself staying in Daytona:)
My family and I stayed at Ginger's oceanfront unit for a week in April. The unit was very spacious and clean and was in a great location. Communication with Ginger was great and she was available to answer any questions we might have had.
My family & I enjoyed our vacation very much. The views were breathtaking, the pool was beautiful and clean and our condo had everything we needed. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away. Can’t wait to book again next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and it was just the right size for us. Very clean and comfortable. The master suite was fantastic as was the view. We had some issues with the original condo we were going to stay at and Ginger was able to get us into the same size condo a week prior to our trip. We truly appreciated her hard work and even checking on us after a tropical storm blew through the 1st night of our stay. Thanks, Ginger!
Highly recommend this property! The wraparound balcony was our favorite thing about this condo. We had the most amazing views of both the ocean side as well as Daytona. The unit is very spacious including 2 good size bedrooms with a shared bath and then a gracious master suite with private balcony access. Can’t say enough good things about this property including a very positive experience with the property manager. Definitely plan to return!!

The only thing bad about this property was the constant jack hammering from 8 am to 6 pm. So you can’t sleep in or catch a nap. Also the condo is always hot.

Samuel, we apologize for the noise which we have no control over, this is why it is noted in the listing for guests to decide if they would like to continue with the booking. Work hours are 8A to 4P M-F for the concrete project, so any other noise was something else. Please consider us again when the project is over.
The condo was in desperate need of updating. There was a musky smell to the condo. There should be a Keurig coffee maker but there wasn’t so I had to go one. There was no ramp leading down to to the beach. And there were people who put their canopies up right in front of the steps leading down to the beach which made it hard for everyone to go down the stairs! For the price of the condo I really expected it to be better than it actually was!
Was a good place even after for after the bad weather that came threw...
Easy to talk to the person whom I rented from ..
I would definitely stay there again...
