In the woods and on a lake, Wood burning stove for heat, galley Kitchen, Gas grill, canoes and kayaks. Swim right off of the dock. Internet and Direct TV for the sports fan. Sleeps 8 on individual beds, Two queen sized beds in downstairs bedroom and two trundle beds upstairs. A short drive to Historic Norfolk and Infinity Hall.

My idea of heaven

The cabin and lake were even better than we expected. The cabin is fully equipped with almost everything you can think of for a comfortable stay. The lake water is very clean and the surrounding forest is sustainably maintained. Doolittle Lake is a hidden gem.

I would like to keep this place a secret!

We love this place as the lake is extremely quiet and clean. The house has a great living room with lots of charm and plenty of bathroom and bedroom space. I wish I had something bad to say because we could keep it to ourselves, but I do not.

Lakeside Family Gathering

The house was a perfect space for my family. It felt less like a rental and more like we were borrowing it from friends. As for the location, there’s no finer spot in the eastern US!
