I had a wonderful stay in this large, light-filled house! The description and pictures are very accurate. The house is well-stocked and well-appointed. The beds are pretty comfortable and the common areas are set up perfectly for easy time together. The house really does have quite large common spaces and the kitchen is fully stocked. It really feels like someone's (well-kept) home. I also loved that it was basically next door to the delightful Freund's Market - provisions for the weekend away couldn't have been easier. And to top it off, the host was very communicative and helpful. Great house - we're considering coming back!

We've been coming here for six years to visit family, and to the area for over 10 years. This beautiful, modern, comfortable and quiet home is hands down the very best rental in the area and Jenn and Cricket, the very best hosts. Like family. Highly recommend it but please avoid booking when we need to come here!

The house was extremely spacious. The kitchen was stocked with anything a cook could want. The beds were very comfortable. The house was delightfully cool. For us, wanting to attend many concerts at the Norfolk Summer Music Festival, the location was excellent. Also having the Stop and Shop so near was a boon. My husband and I each had our own bathroom, with one to spare. The televisions were abundant and the living room one was like a movie screen. We especially appreciated the handicap bars in the showers. Jen responded almost before I would text her. The laundry room made doing wash so easy. And we had lots of plugs for all our devices. The grounds were lovely, so expansive. I'd certainly stay here again if we can come up next year.

The very best in the Housatonic and Canaan valleys. We've stayed everywhere over 20 years of family visits and this house and its hosts win hands down. It's become our home away from home. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, well-provisioned, and attractive. The hosts are nearby, super-nice, and super-responsive. Couldn't ask for more!

We had 10 people stay at Jenn's beautiful and comfortable home. It was the perfect place for the kids to run around and the adults to relax. The home had everything we needed!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house had accommodations for all ages, and my kids really enjoyed the kids' sleeping area when they just wanted to relax. You can't beat the view from the home! The changing of the trees by the creek were so beautiful. Also, Jessica went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to CT.

A Great Stay!

We were happy with our stay at this house! Jenn was incredibly responsive and helpful as we coordinated checking in especially. The house is large with ample outdoor space and fun activities and games for kids!

A great house for a relaxing weekend

The host was great in their communication, and their house was perfect for a weekend getaway. They provided lovely touches that enhanced our stay. My friends and I are definitely going to stay with them again in the future!

Norfolk Curling Excursion

Great location close to Lime Rock

This was a great property with lots to do within a short drive. The house is spacious and clean and beautifully appointed. The hosts were helpful and lovely to deal with. Overall, a great stay!

Perfect family vacation

The house was perfectly set up to accommodate our grandchildren. One level house with a great deck and backyard. Convenient to the grocery store and a great pizza place. Great hiking trails nearby.

This property is so beautiful! It’s so relaxing with lots of land to play on or just sit on the deck and enjoy! The small river in the back is peaceful. You can fish in it or just sit in it and cool down.
