Weirs Beach renovated quaint 1930's cottage. Next door to our VRBO property 1685768 that sleeps 11, so large groups can book both homes at the same time if available. Listen to live music from the outside venue right next door on your own wrap-around covered porch! Cute house has 3 bedrooms (2 on second floor (note: stairs are steep), and one bedroom on first); sleeps 7 in 2 queen beds, 3 twins (one fold-up), 2 full baths (first floor with tub, upstairs has shower), laundry in first floor bathroom. Fully appointed kitchen with all new appliances, eating bar with 2 stools and 2 extra stools. Living room has electric fireplace, TV, couch, 2 slipper chairs, Dining area seats up to 7. Outdoor grill, picnic table, chairs and firepit on property. View seasonal fireworks from the back yard! Large paved driveway can fit up to 4 cars/boat. Literally around the corner from Weirs Beach activities. Less than 5-min walk to the Scenic Train, Mt Washington Cruises, restaurants, music venues, the pier, boat rentals, docks, arcades. Walk along the boardwalk to the public beach (0.5 mi). Property includes pool noodles, beach towels, wagon, and cooler for your outing. Other near-by activities include the Drive-In theatre (0.7 mi), Fun spot (1.3 mi), Kellerhaus Ice cream and candy (0.5 mi), Bank of NH Pavilion concerts (3.8 mi), Gunstock Mtn hiking and skiing (8.9 mi).

Perfect location

We had a great time staying here for labor day weekend. Everything was in walking distance. This house had everything we could possibly need. I really appreciated the beach towels and bag. Watching fireworks from the pier last night was a really nice ending to the weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again!

Great place!

This is a great place to get the Weirs beach experience. Very nice inside and out. Good location, a lot of fun lakeside activities are within minutes walk. There is a bar with music nearby but we didn’t have any issues with the noise while inside the house. The host was great to deal with and prompt to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Great location and very responsive owners

We had a wonderful time with this property. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Just close enough to all the restaurants/ attractions yet far enough away where we still had privacy. The deck was great to drink coffee on with the morning sun. The place was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The owners were extremely nice and very accommodating. Thank you. We will certainly return.

Well equipped home

This is a beautiful home that was well-equipped with everything we needed. Great supply of kitchen accessories for food prep at home. We enjoyed being able to use the gas grill for dinners. A/C was great while we were there. Close walk to the waterfront for boating, swimming, the scenic railroad, eating/drinking and arcades. The hosts were very responsive when we contacted them. The home itself definitely deserves 5 stars! The only downside to the location was the music venue around the corner which had outdoor concerts on the weekends. This is probably not a concern during the week, but on the weekend it is quite loud.

We embraced the feeling of these little cottages and homes and want to share the experience with others who can enjoy the nearby amenities and unique flavor of the area. The neighbors are friendly and we aimed to add to and respect the efforts they have done to preserve the New England feel for the area!

Why they chose this property

Both of our homes on the street were interesting and different; one big one for a larger family and one smaller and much more cottage-like. This little house was fun to fix up and decorate with furnishings and appointments that lent comfort and lightness, since the summer can be busy and warm and the winters a bit chilly!

What makes this property unique

This house has the benefit of being right next door to the outdoor live music venue, so music can be listened to from the comfortable large wrap-around covered porch; rocking chairs and a little sitting area make for a great morning coffee stop too! Everything is so close that there is no issue with needing to drive and park on the main street and you can stay out late and just walk home!
