Completely Remodeled, everything new and updated!! Sanitized and Beautiful 4 Bedroom (5 bed) Villa with 2 Master Suites and 3 bathrooms. Large King Bedroom Suite with private bathroom access to lanai. Queen Master with large walk in closet and private bathroom. Queen bedroom and twin bedroom share hallway bath. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart tv's.

Decorated to offer a relaxing and cozy home away from home feel. Large family room with fireplace, 65” smart tv and a beautiful view of the lanai. New kitchen with new stainless appliances and farm sink, breakfast bar, fully stocked with new cookware, utensils, condiments and essentials for guests arrival. Dining room with breakfast bar. Game room in garage as well as several board and card games. South facing pool/spa! Relax in the lanai pool side and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine with family and friends around the fire pit table! It’s where you will want to spend your evenings. Pool can be heated for $30/per day and is recommended October through April.

The Lanai faces the 15th hole of the golf course in beautiful Highlands Reserve and has just been furnished with new wicker patio furniture/fire pit high top table that seats 8 and newly surfaced retiled pool!! New privacy fence on both sides of lanai. Child friendly home with pack and play, baby monitor, stroller and highchair.

We have a superb management team on site within Highlands Reserve that provide 5 star service to our guests and keeps the villa spotless. Home is sanitized and disinfected with deep cleaning between each guest. Note that lawn and pool service is performed on Tuesday mornings.

Highlands Reserve Resort leisure amenities include club house with restaurant, community swimming pool, changing rooms, tennis courts and a play ground. The Highlands Reserve Golf Club features an 18-hole championship designed golf course and is fun for all levels of golfers, a chipping green and large putting green.

2021 annual Orlando golf trip

Loved the time we spent at this property. Very nice and comfortable home on a golf community with easy access to all the other Orlando courses and resturants. Highly recommend this location for a quiet place close to all things Orlando!

House was just as expected and described. Loved the central location! Recommend if staying visiting Discovery Cove to swim with the dolphins and then a relaxing day in the water! Dawn and Jeff are great hosts!

Lovely home! All the rooms were well decorated and very comfortable. WiFi and appliances all worked well and we really enjoyed our time at our home away from home.The property owner addressed any issues we had very quickly…. And even went the extra mile to have a drying rack delivered for our use!Unfortunately the pool had a leak and that required adding new water periodically which kept it cooler than we could comfortably use. That was addressed and fixed the day we were leaving, so while it was unfortunate timing for us, it should be good to go for the next guests!

Highlands reserve perfect Orlando location

We love staying in Highlands Reserve, close to Disney and Universal parks, this villa on Birkdale was in a quiet location, good size property enough rooms and space for small or large family, this villa has all the amenities you want from a villa, we even saw a wild Racoon in a tree out the front, this villa backs onto the golf course too great if you love this sport and want to be close to a golf course.

Great accomodations!

We snagged this home as a last minute decision and feel like we really lucked out. Great location, well-appointed home with plenty of separate space for everyone. Very clean inside and in the pool area. Property manager was great to communicate with. We would stay here again! Only suggestion would be a new shower head in the master bath.

Friends weekend

The property was beautiful. The size of the bedrooms was great. The first bedroom to the left tv was not working and the internet was very shaky and down a lot.

A very clean residence, and Highland Reserve is very quiet, well kept, and great for golfers. Still waiting for our security deposit return however.

Best rental home for our family!

The home was really clean, nicely furnished. The pool with screen room was nice and really clean. The house was well stocked with towels and kitchen items. It was close to Disney, Universal and Islands of Adventure. Two master suites fit our needs perfectly. Loved how quiet it was in the neighborhood and even though the homes are super close it was very quiet because it backs up to a golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

Dawn and Jeff Smith are Upstate NY residents and business owners. Florida has always been one of our favorite destinations. We have one daughter who is grown and on her own now, but throughout her childhood we made several trips to Florida to visit the theme parks. We purchased 522 Birkdale Villa in May of 2022 and look forward to spending vacations in our new home when not rented. We continue to make trips between guest stays to make improvements to Villa. A kitchen remodel, new bathroom vanities and garage game room makeover was completed December 2022. Pool and hot tub resurfaced and tiled in 2003 and added privacy fence on both sides of lanai.

Welcome to our Vacation Villa!! The Highlands Reserve is a beautiful area, close to theme parks, shopping, and several nature preserves. HR is well maintained and very family oriented and friendly. Being that the property backs up to the golf course makes it a perfect business trip retreat as well. We love the location and the quiet and quaint Birkdale Street.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The fact that the home has two master suites on each end of the Villa was what sold us on the property. We always vacationed with friends and shared the rental so it's nice both families can have a master. The home has ceramic tile throughout, brand new furniture, linens and freshly painted. We have a 5 star management team that assures us the home is well sanitized between guest stays and kept in tip top shape for us! They are also just minutes away and available to assist guests during their stay! They take the worry out of managing our second home.
