Beautiful modern bright brand new guest house 2 beds and 2 baths

Located at the foothill of highland neighborhood in northern Arcadia, my house is close to everything. 1.6 miles to Santa Anita racetrack, mall, Arboretum botanical garden and 18 minutes drive to PCC, Art Center, Caltech, 20 miles to Universal Studio.. Rosebowl is 20 minutes away and old town Pasadena is right around the corner. Our house is at the end of a cul de sac street, quiet and peaceful with lots of lovely birds and wild animals visiting all the year round. This is a place you can relax and enjoy your vacation time..

Great Stay in beautiful and calm location.

Lovely cottage

Lovely cottage. Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Even though it is in a backyard, I felt it was very secluded. We had everything we needed to cook while there. Nice location if you wanted to walk to a grocery store. But not too close. I would definitely stay there again.
