Enjoy beautiful MOUNTAIN views from the apartment ! (No sea views !) Step out of the building and walk along endless promenade, enjoying glorious sunsets or take a stroll to V & A Waterfront. No car needed, walk or UBER everywhere.

- Queen size bed in bedroom
- Unlimited wifi and DSTV
- Small kitchenette with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, washing machine.
- Underground parking bay
- Situated on 2nd floor, building has no lift.

I am originally from Germany but have been living in Cape Town for most of my life with over 20 years experience in letting self catering holiday accommodation. My units offer value for money, are clean, comfortable and affordable. I speak English and German and will try to assist you as best as possible in Afrikaans.

Mouille Point is part of the platinum mile and the Atlantic seaboard. It is about 1.5 km from the famous V & A Waterfront and situated on the red & blue Cape Town sightseeing bus tours and therefore ideally located to spend a stay in Cape Town. The popular Oranjezicht City Farm market in Granger Bay can be accessed by foot. Green Point park is only 1km away for lazy times spent in beautiful park surroundings. Mouille Point golfcourse is only 200m.
