Wake up to breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean in this beautiful studio condo. Condo offers two queen beds, a kitchen, a private balcony, an exceptional bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This condo is privately owned and located on the 6th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. Spend your days vacationing at the resort while enjoying four pools, two hot tubs, a gym, a sauna, tiki bar and more.

This property has a private balcony with a direct Ocean-front view!

Please be advised: Hurricane IAN & NICOLE caused damage to the resort amenity areas.
Resort amenity's are currently out of service for guest use. Pools and spas are still closed.

Parking : Resort allows one car per condo.
Parking pass is located inside the condo and must be returned to condo at end of stay.

If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, there is a parking garage about a mile and a half South of the property.

From the moment we arrived, this condo exceeded our expectations. Parking is scarce in front of building but there is plenty of overflow parking right next door. The location is absolutely unbeatable right on the beach with breathtaking views from the balcony. We could hear the waves while enjoying our morning coffee, and the sunsets were picture-perfect every night.The unit was spotless, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, from kitchen essentials to extra beach chairs and umbrellas. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every room felt welcoming and cozy.The host was fantastic responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property well-maintained and making guests feel at home.If you’re looking for a peaceful beachfront escape with all the comforts you could want, this is the place! We’re already planning our next visit.

Rented because of the pools and beach access. Beach access and pools were closed had I known that I would have never booked. Also the elevators were horrible. It was hard on me because I couldn’t take the stairs. Even the guys that was there working on the elevators said they wouldn’t take them. Ice machines didn’t work and the laundry facilities were also not working. The only decent thing about our stay was the room was fairly nice.

girls trip

Two of my friends and I rented this place for a week during our girls trip and it was exactly as listed in the description. The host was great at communicating with us at any point on the trip and had even put out a welcoming gift bag and simple bathroom necessities for us! Overall the place was exactly what we were looking for and we had a great time!

Unit was good, property is awful

This property has made no attempt to repair damage from storms in the fall of 2022. The outside pools and amenities are closed, inside exercise room closed, beach access closed, etc. The laundry rooms are inadequate with broken machines, ice machines don't work, etc. Our unit had peering on the balcony. It's a mess. I wouldn't return to this property.

The room was amazing but we were disappointed by the pool closings.

We had a wonderful time. The room was exactly as in the pictures! Beds were comfortable and towels were soft. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises! We were disappointed that we weren’t informed about the damage to the outside pools and tiki bar! They were not available. Also we weren’t told that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed! That was one of the main reasons we rented this room.

There is no parking. Front desk advise guests to park outside the property in a restaurant. The host and the property SHOULD provide parking for guests.

All amenities closed.

We went for a one night stay as a family just to be at the beach with our little girls. We were concluding another vacation but wanted them to be able to enjoy the beach. All the amenities were closed on the property inside and out, leaving us with not much to enjoy. Although it wasn’t the condo owners fault due to the hurricane, a little heads up would have been nice as the amenities had been closed for over 3 weeks prior to our stay. We paid 300.00 for one night and got to enjoy nothing :/ i contacted the owner about this with no response. The room was perfect and without flaw, but the scenery was the big draw for our stay.

Nice condo!

The condo was nice and very clean but we could hear the people next to us talking very clearly through the wall. The resort was a little aggravating. We were informed when we got there the parking garage was under construction so parking was a pain. They also did not have any available luggage racks for the three days we stayed.

Amazing stay!

Loved this unit! Woke up and watched the sunset which was so unbelievable! Everything was clean and such an easy check-in and check-out process. The host, Kelly, was amazing she answered our few questions in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed the space. So clean and comfortable. So many thoughtful details. Located right off the elevator and direct pool/beach access. Great spot! Would stay here again in a second!
