Very clean, great communication about building policies, check in/out. Quiet area. We didn’t use the kitchen b/c it was a short trip, but seemed very nice. Loved the beach chairs, beach towels. Lots of extras- make up remover wipes, laundry detergent, paper cups, etc.

Had a fabulous time at the condo. Was spotless at check in. Elizabeth is very thorough with the check in process, made it super easy; even with our very late arrival. Condo has everything you could want, including beautiful pool and access to beachfront. Will definitely be returning to this condo on our next visit to Ormond Beach!

The property was absolutely spotless, and every detail felt carefully and lovingly thought out. Don’t let the older kitchen cabinets fool you — every appliance is top-of-the-line, and each drawer and cabinet is perfectly organized. You can truly feel the care that’s been put into making guests feel at home. This is, without a doubt, one of the most thoughtful vacation properties I’ve ever stayed in, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Wonderful stay

My son and I booked this property to attend the Rockville event and it was a great choice. It was very well appointed, Check in and out instructions were clear and concise, the host kept in communication throughout, and the beach was lovely, although we didn’t spend a lot of time there. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

A nice cozy place to stay! We were here for 5 nights and enjoyed that it was out of the way but close to everywhere we wanted to go. If we come back for the races next year, we would definitely stay here again. I lived here in the middle 70's and all during the 80's and I fondly remember the Ormand Beach, Daytona area. Great place to visit.

2 weeks of bliss

Couldn’t be better…the unit is decorated so nicely, for me it felt like a little slice of heaven. The host has made sure you lack for nothing, from the moment you confirm your reservation to the time you land back home. The sunsets are beautiful and the location is fabulous. You are within a short drive to so many attractions or just enjoy the beach. We will certainly be back

One of the best units I have stayed in in the Ormond area

First, the host is awesome. Excellent communication and easy access to the unit have been set up seamlessly. The building, though older, is in excellent shape and well-maintained. The permanent residents were friendly and helpful. Starting with the parking, the unit has a reserved spot in the underground garage. The garage ceiling height is 6’6”, so tall vehicles may need to park on the ground level, which has plenty of open spaces. I have an F-150 Lightning, which fit in the garage with no issues. Luckily, the area opposite the parking space is not used, making getting in and out much easier. The unit is on the top floor of the building and is very quiet. It has a balcony that has been enclosed but has many windows facing west. I enjoyed this, as I could take in the view in the comfort of an air-conditioned space. The unit is well-equipped with everything needed to cook meals and enjoy the beach. Access to the building is controlled by key fobs that can be worn around your neck instead of keys. Most of the tech in the room is new and can connect to phones and tablets. There are numerous USB charging ports throughout the unit, and the Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect. I highly recommend staying here and at any other properties the host might own. It is obvious that she is a very experienced and attentive host who wants you to enjoy your stay.

Perfect Unit

I travel to Ormond Beach often and this was my second stay at the Ormondy. Elizabeth was an amazing host. Stayed in contact with me before and after my stay. Unit was clean, beautifully decorated and inviting. Highly recommend! Will be staying here again in the near future!

Great Stay!

We stayed in the condo for Spring Break after a few days in Orlando and had a great stay! Elizabeth has really thought of everything you may need. Tons of extra bedding, kitchenware, and soap/shampoo, travel size amenities. The listing is extremely accurate - beach gear, towels they have thought of it all. Bring a small cooler or grab one from the Dollar Store across the street for quick beach trips - the one they have is great, its just big! The bed and bedding were nice and comfortable, the fold out couch is comfortable, way nicer than more hide-a-beds, my 11 year old claimed it for the week. The access to the beach was great, and the pool was very nice and clean. The location was an easy cruise to Ormond and Daytona - you do need a car, not much in walking distance. Great communication on how to access the unit - it seems like a lot at first but really didnt take long at all to get us all checked in and parked where we needed to be. Thank you for a great stay, we look forward to returning!

We love the laid-back charm of Ormond-by-the-Sea and its perfect location between Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, and Tomoka State Park. As a mom, I especially appreciate that this is a no-drive section of the beach — no cars to worry about and no need to move our chairs when we’re relaxing in the sand.

We enjoy walking to the local restaurants across the street and to the park next door. There’s even a surf shop down the road that rents fishing tackle, surfboards, and offers lessons. Sometimes we can watch rocket launches from the beach — we’re that close to Cape Canaveral!

We’re also just about an hour and a half from Orlando’s theme parks and a scenic drive north to historic St. Augustine. But honestly, we don’t need to go far — the beach is our front yard.

Wildlife is part of what makes this area so special. We often see dolphins playing in the surf, sea turtles nesting between May and early October, and all kinds of birds and wildlife at Tomoka State Park. Whether we want to relax or explore, there’s always something beautiful and peaceful waiting right outside our door.

The views from our top-floor penthouse are what make this place truly special. As an artist, I love watching how the light and river colors shift throughout the day — no two moments ever look the same. I start my mornings with a sunrise walk on the beach just downstairs, and end the day watching the sunset from our balcony as it reflects across the water. Both are often breathtaking.

I also genuinely enjoy hosting and want our guests to feel completely at home here. We share our beach gear and towels — nothing is locked away — because we know how much space those items take up in a car. We want you to pack light, settle in easily, and enjoy this peaceful space as if it were your own.
