Upon entry, the room was very clean and ready for guests. There is a pull out couch and a bedroom with two full sized beds. It was the Friday night kick off to Bike Week 2026. We didn’t spend much time in the room. We were informed at check in that our rate was abnormally low for Bike Week. We agreed and had booked last minute as a treat to us all. My husband and I just celebrated our 20 year anniversary, Valentine’s Day and his birthday within the past couple of weeks. Plus, we always drive down for Bike Week from Jacksonville. After the kids went to the pool, I thought they had tracked water inside and cleaned it. Later, we discovered under the dishwasher was leaking. We didn’t use any dishes or run the dishwasher, but the water filled the Kitchenette area again and we let maintenance know. The next morning we noticed there was water in the bathroom floor from a toilet leak. Other than wet socks a couple of times, we have no complaints. I just wish there were more maintenance’s being done. Our neighbors rooms dishwasher was being worked on the night before for leaks. Something is definitely up with the leaking.
