This Beautiful one-bedroom condominium is an Ocean Front with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean from the Balcony, features 2 Brand NEW Queen size memory foam mattresses in the large bedroom and Brand NEW Queen size sofa bed in the living room, the kitchen has all you need to cook including dishes and utensils, stove, refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Flat screen TV with premium HD cable in both the living and bedroom. Throughout the resort you can enjoy the free high speed wireless internet. This unit also comes equipped with a washer and dryer as well central Air Conditioning.

The room could've been cleaner. Provided dishes weren't clean, dishwasher didn't work. Host was great in responding with issues and contacting Maintenance for us. Pools on the property were great, and the view and proximity to the beach was phenomenal. Location was great, and we were able to walk everywhere with ease.

Best Unit at Wyndham Ocean Walk Daytona Beach

This unit is clean, spacious, has a balcony facing the beach, has a great kitchen with just about anything you may need, washer/dryer which is so convenient! Needless to say we really enjoyed our stay and the owner is very responsive and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!!

Fun family trip

We had so much fun playing in the pools and on the beach and relaxing in the lazy river. The condo beds were great. The couch needs updating. Some mildew stains in the shower and hairs on the nightstand and throw pillows. The view from the balcony was amazing! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Once isn’t enough

Thank you Linda for the feedback, Glad overall you were happy with the Condo, few notes: the Resort is non smoking but they have designated area for smoking, I can imagine the kids do get excited and trying to have fun..I wish you had alerted me we have dish soap/sponge under the sink as well as dishwasher soap, we are always available to support our guests in case they need anything.

The property overall was as described.The condo unit we rented was clean and had an awesome view. If I were going to be nit picking the pots and pans could be updated. I also think another chair on the balcony would be nice. There were three of us and only two chairs.

Perfect Family Rental

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here! Amazing oceanfront & pool view with easy access to beach. Beds were comfortable and clean. The washer & dryer was incredibly convenient. My only advice to anyone staying at Ocean Walk is to know you have to get up early to reserve loungers by the pool if you would like one. People literally line up with their towels waiting for the pool deck to open at 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. We didn’t know that the first day and therefore, wasn’t able to enjoy the pools. Thank you, Pheap for a wonderful vacation experience!

Beautiful Sunrise view and a wonderful location!

Our family of 4 stayed here during our spring break and absolutely loved it! Waking up to most beautiful sunrises and being able to walk to numerous shops and restaurants and we always felt safe. The unit was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar soap, dishsoap, towels etc) and even provided the cutest little coffee area with ground coffee (filters) and sugar and also coffee pods with a very nice coffee pot. The owner was very attentive to getting back to my messages and arranged with the front desk to allow my parents to check in for us as we were getting in late. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely be staying here again next time we vacation in Daytona.

National Dance Association College Competition

Our daughter is on the dance team at Lindenwood University. She’s a freshman so this was our first experience at Daytona and college national competition. It was a great week and our stay was amazing! Everything we needed to get to was within walking distance and it was so nice the beach was a few steps away. We had a great time and will definitely return to this rental if the competition remains at Daytona! The items supplied were perfect and I really appreciated being supplied with beach towels. So nice go not have to pack them!

Wonderful beach stay!

We made the reservation on Vrbo app. Pheap was in contact with us through the app and gave us the needed info for chech in policy, great instructions! Room was clean and well stocked on arrival. Fit the description. One of the beds in the bedroom had a very bad squeek whenever one of us moved the first night. I moved the box spring a bit to get it set in the frame better and noise was gone. Great sunrise on balcony and good view of beach and pools. Daytona is a busy place, not a quiet vacation, but didn't expect one. Had live music poolside and band next door on the first night. Would stay there again. I bought a body board for the kids to use to ride waves. Didn't want to pay to bring it home so left it for the next guests, hope that was ok...

Pros and Cons with this condo and location

So the condo was just as it was listed, however, we had issues with our air conditioning the entire time we were there. Pheap was great in a quick response to help fix the issue, but unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed while we were there. The property itself is okay. The pool area is nice, however, the rules around the pool for kids are a little over the top. It’s also very strange how they have different rules for the north and south towers but all pools are used by both. There is a slide that is supposed to be open 9-5. It was never open 9-5. They would also close it abruptly and tell the kids it was because of “wind” when there was no wind. Very strange, unusual things like that which were frustrating. Overall we had a decent stay. The area is just a little run down and I know some of it is due to the hurricane last fall but some is not.

Thank you Stacy, we try our best to make sure everything in working order but unfortunately appliances can stop working unexpectedly, we did replace the AC unit with Brand new one so it will not be an issue for our future guests. The resort personnel try their best to make sure everybody is safe specially if there thunder storms or the weather might be changing. The Area is recovering well with many close by restaurants are now open.

Fantastic Amenities

The property has amazing amenities--an indoor pool and outside 2 large pools (one with a winding slide), a lazy river, and a splash pad. The kids loved it! Plus, it's on the beach and that part of the beach has been sectioned off so that no private cars are allowed on the beach (definitely safer than other parts of Daytona). Also, the property connects to the Ocean Walk shops, which has a few restaurants (Sloppy Joe's, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., and Johnny Rockets), a Cold Stone ice cream, a candy store, and some basic tourist shops. Having restaurants that close was super convenient. There are also other restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was very clean and has a full sized kitchen with what you need for simple cooking (basic pots and pans set, a cookie sheet, a pizza pan, colander, mixing measuring cup, set of spatulas and mixing spoons, set of bowls, plates, and utensils, etc.) There is wi-fi via Wyndham (you can get basic for free or have the option to upgrade for payment) and the condo has cable service that also offers some free on-demand programming for the two TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). Also, there's a stackable washer/dryer, which was super convenient. The balcony is equipped with 2 chairs and a small table. It was great to be able to out onto the balcony and look out at the ocean. You also have a great view of the pools/lazy river area. We also were able to go out onto the balcony one night and had a perfect view of fireworks that were being shot off from the pier, and the next night, saw the rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center (that's around 80 miles away). The only complaint we have about the condo is that both full size beds in the bedroom were very uncomfortable (it's probably time for new mattresses).

We are in the process of upgrading the furniture, new Queen size Leather sofa bed, New 2 Queen size Memory Foam Mattresses as well as new Bar-stools for the Kitchen counter will be in place very soon, we want to make sure our guests are comfortable.
