LIVING AREA
Enter the newly built upscale home to a contemporary open floor plan designer living room with a beautiful front patio and expansive accordion glass doors perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining. You can enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while spending time with your guests, or relax and enjoy the large screen smart TV and the ease of a modern electric fireplace in the cool beach evenings.
KITCHEN & DINING
The pristine, luxurious, modern gourmet kitchen has top of the line appliances including six burner stove, two ovens (convection oven along with warmer oven), wine refrigerator, walk-in pantry, and an expansive kitchen island that will inspire experienced and weekend chefs. The Nespresso machine for those that prefer to sip a morning or evening espresso, along with a french press coffee maker, standard coffee machine and electric tea kettle.
The dining area has seating for 6, and an additional table and tablecloth is available for when the entire group would like formal seating.
Everything you would need for gorgeous entertaining including modern charcuterie boards, tiered serving dishes, modern tableware, along with serving items and signage for a beautiful mimosa bar.
BED & BATH
This multilevel home sleeps eight guests in 4 bedrooms and a sofa in the living room, along with an additional bonus area on the second floor. There is a mix of twin beds and double beds that accommodates families or retreat gatherings. Each bedroom has bathroom access.
OUTDOOR AREAS and AMENITIES
Enjoy evening after dinner drinks, conversations, and the incredible sunsets on the expansive, panoramic roof top deck which provides 360 degree views of ocean, city, and mountains.
Yoga mat available for rooftop morning stretches while breathing in the calming ocean breeze.
A block away from the beach, and walking distance to Belmont Shore’s famous 2nd street, kayak rentals, and gondola rides. A quick drive to the Long Beach Convention Center, downtown Long Beach, Whale Watching, and Boat rides. A comfortable ride to Disneyland and other Los Angeles attractions including Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory, and the Walt Disney Concert Halls. Also close to Orange County activities, including youth sporting events of volleyball, soccer, and swimmng, the Irvine Spectrum Center, Knotts Berry Farms, and Segerstrom Center for the Arts.
